We enjoyed our stay. Nice people on staff. There were a couple of lapses, though, which took time on our part to figure out. We were not advised on our arrival of how to get wifi, or even what checkout time is, and there was nothing in our check-in info. Luckily, we met Trevion at the front desk, who filled in the gaps for us. He was a gem. Morning coffee, included, is heavenly. Happy hour is great, with quite good wine selections and service there was wonderful.

Definitely “overrated”! Expectation shattered! Very expensive! Facility is old and worn and could use updating. Location will be nice very soon following construction. Close to the River Walk which is nice weather permitting.

We love this hotel for its location. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are pricey, so it was a surprise to find bottles of water for purchase in our room rather than complimentary. I have stayed at lesser hotels that offer free bottles of water in the room.

There is construction around the building. I was on the 7th floor and before 7am was awoken to loud construction that did not cease until I checked out around 11am. Plan was to sleep in due to a late evening today for a concert.
