The room was ok. A few things that stood out that I have not encountered before at this property was the cleanliness of the room itself and upkeep while I was there. The in room fridge smelled really bad like food that had been there a while and actually ruined the taste of my water I set in the fridge. We also stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the first night. Bed was not remade and we did not get clean towels. I was disappointed about this because normally our room is very well taken care of. I did enjoy the outsider bar remodel.

The staff was very lovely and helpful, especially the bellman. Above and beyond! The only bad thing was that we didn't have in room coffee maker. But complimentary coffee is in the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice people on staff. There were a couple of lapses, though, which took time on our part to figure out. We were not advised on our arrival of how to get wifi, or even what checkout time is, and there was nothing in our check-in info. Luckily, we met Trevion at the front desk, who filled in the gaps for us. He was a gem. Morning coffee, included, is heavenly. Happy hour is great, with quite good wine selections and service there was wonderful.
