You didn’t just get a single room, but had a kitchenette and a living area with a pull-out sofa (in outer deluxe suite). Because this was a tall, older building, the architecture and furnishings were unique.
The room looks fantastic. The kitchen could have had a bit more staff, like coffee maker and more cleaning supplies.
They stay was great but the front desk staff sucks
Nice amenities and space, but could be cleaner - dust and spider webs under radiators, on baseboards, tile edge, behind the toilet. Pillows were too tall and hard, mattress was great.
Charming, spacious and a value. Not modernized but charming. Responsive staff.
No Breakfast on premices. (opens at 11am) No place near by to buy a snack either. Bathroom door handle falling off. Shower temperature fluctuates, probably when someone flushes the toilet in the next room. Quaint place.
It was about 94 degrees when I entered the room for the first time, sucked!
Everything was actually very good. You get front staff could certainly use some training from older front desk staff on A customer service. They weren’t rude or anything just kind of indifferent.
We stay every year for a business symposium, and we always enjoy the stay there. The hotel improves every year. new additions, paint, maintenance and upgrades always on going. Really lovely, relaxing stay. Rooms well appointed and comfortable, quiet.
A classic old historical hotel to stay in. Very clean and bright. Room was refurbished and very nice. Window AC unit was somewhat loud. Upgrading rooms to split AC units would be nice. Love the old hotels with character such as this one. Check in staff was sort of slow but otherwise friendly enough. Parking was very tight and an extra $18 per night.
This is also a condominium therefore, you have resident neighbors, unusual. It is an old building (good) with old elevators and bathroom fixtures (not so good).
Old school, vintage feel. Very cool. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location. Walking distance to everything!! Highly recommend it!!
This is a charming place with beautiful public areas and a fun, vibrant restaurant. Our standard room was comfortable and had a terrific kitchenette. There was no breakfast service in the restaurant and the coffee packets in the room were pretty dismal. We walked a few blocks for "real coffee" and breakfast. The neighborhood is lovely and the weather was good, so no problem.
Spacious room, good amenities, daily cleaning service, walkable to downtown.
They stay was awesome, the house keepers came everyday to clean my room, the front desk receptionist was nice, didn't have any problems that they could not fix. Loved it there. Only problem was my mom came with here service dog & they denied her to visit me which is very illegal other then that l enjoyed the stay.
Beautiful room! Me and my bridesmaids had a blast and we so comfortable
