Holiday Inn Milwaukee Riverfront

We have stayed here before and have recommended it previously to others. Location and condition is nice.

When going to Milwaukee from now on Will always try to book anywhere but this hotel. It will be last resort.

Overall a good stay but didn't feel smell of room was pleasing. It smelled a little dirty after we turned down the AC. The towels seemed worn and not very clean. The TV did not work. Otherwise no complaints.Beds were very comfortable and firm but too small for my husband and I. Thought we'd have a queen but it was a double. Nice job on the renovation though.

We stayed at this hotel because we were in town for a concert. The hotel was conviently located from the concert venue and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms clean and the hotel overall was very modern. However, my only complaint was the bed. Ours sunk far down in the middle. So much that neither my husband or I slept well either night. We had to put the extra pillows in the middle to keep from rolling into each other in the middle. Other than that the hotel was great.

the shuttle service was a great ammenity. restrsunts and bars nearby. nice fireplace at the hotel. did not check out the pool

Nice clean room, friendly staff, good location.Thin walls make it very easy to hear neighbor,so hopefully they are quiet!

Holiday Inn has done a nice job remodeling the facility! We have family in the area so whenever we visit we will be staying here again!

This is a very nice hotel to stay at if you want to explore Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.Centrally located to shopping, downtown and the lake. The staff is very accommodating & pleasant. We enjoyed our stay so much we stayed an extra night.

Very clean room courteous staff overall pleasant. Lots of free coffee in the morning.

Good access from I43. Good restaurant for breakfast, overpriced for dinner.

I stayed here for a night on a weekend. First, the room I reserved was supposed to be a river view room and at check-in I got a room facing the opposite direction (parking lot). I got that changed, but received a room on the first floor, which happens to be the hall where the pool is located. There were kids screaming and yelling down the hall sounding like they were 2 feet away but were actually like 100ft away. The sounds finally stopped by 3am. The so-called fitness center is about 10ft x 10ft. The bathroom was tiny and the wallpaper was coming off. This place is a joke. Not worth the $125 night rate that I got. I would be ashamed to call this a Hilton.

We only stayed for one night. But it was clean, comfy, and the staff we super friendly. Not far from downtown at all.

We have stayed at local hotels for a couple's getaway, but the Hilton provided better accommodations for distance. Room was not too cold or hot, and the river view was okay for it to be early spring. We will definitely stay here again. Only flaw we saw was with the computer desk, chair does not fit the type of desk in the room.

We stayed here because it was away from the airport and on the way to Lambeau Field in Green Bay. I remembered the Anchorage Restaurant and thought it would be a full-service hotel for us to stay at and it did not disappoint! The ENTIRE staff without exception were friendly, helpful and always had a smile for us. Great place to stay when in Milwaukee. Will do it again.

This is an older hotel but has been tastefully remodeled . The view of the river is stunning, the staff is courteous and the comfortable bed and ethereal quiet made it a true delight.

staff allowed early check in - friendly and efficient. Staff was friendly in all interactions, but we had no problems that needed to be resolved. Very quiet and comfortable. Are in the process of updating/upgrading so old televisions will be gone soon. Were there on Labor Day weekend so restaurant was closed on Monday, so a free continental breakfast was provided - a nice setting overlooking the river. Location a little north of city center but met our needs as close to family

The location of this Hilton is sweet, easy on/off HWY 43 and had a gorgeous river view (for the MIlwaukee River). Room was decent and clean, staff was sweet and nice, but I honestly don't think I have ever seen a hotel pool that small before. I have had indoor pool in my home that were larger! Other than the tiny pool, everything was fine and dandy.

WAS THERE FOR THREE NIGHTS AND FOUR DAYS. I THOUGHT IT WAS PRETTY GOOD RATE FOR HILTON, BUT HOTEL WAS PRETTY OLD. QUALITY WAS NOT UP TO PAR WITH OTHER HILTON I STAYED BEFORE.

Excellent access from the expressway (easy on and off), clean, pleasant staff and quick checkin/out. Only negative were drunken baseball fans at 1:30am in the hallway and next door. Overall, nice stay.

I will be travelling here for business for the next three months - this was one of two hotels through which the client has a special rate. The other hotel was rated worse than this one, so I knew not to expect too much and I wasn't disappointed. THe facility was reasonably clean. I was gone most of the day. Unusual for a business hotel, there were minimal facilities in the room - no fridge, no microwave. They had a coffee thing in the room, but it wasn't much - fortunately, they had brewed coffee in the lobby for the morning. Beds were somewhat hard and the pillows didn't have much substance - over the long-haul, I'll be sore, I'm sure. Air controls were good. The shower was really bad, but I'm hoping that was just an anomaly. TV selections are slim, but again, I've had worse. I have not much choice but to stay there for the duration, so I will just have to deal with it.
