Our room was in the satellite building, in the lower level. The room was nice and very quiet, it just felt like we were in the dungeon. It was close to a banquet facility so the hall to the room was stacked with extra chairs, a broken lamp, and replaced mirrors with barely enough room to get the luggage cart through. The only other issues were the climate control unit was very loud when turning on and off, and the shower lever did not completely turn the tub water off. The space is nice, bed comfortable, and a nice breakfast. We have stayed here in the past and will probably return. Reasonable for a busy weekend in Madison.

Hotel was filled with broken furniture in hallways. First room smelled like cats so the moved me to a second room that had a dripping faucet - next to a door in the hall to a staircase that slammed loudly anytime anyone walked through . Breakfast was worse than typical hotel- weak coffee, no half and half, watery eggs. In the “workout room” the treadmill moved under me when I ran. All the lights were cheap florescent bright white. Curtains had holes and did not close. Only positive was that the sheets were clean and bed comfortable.

If the room was clean and two of the four staffs at the front desk I met we're good the other two were I guess he was saying not educated on how to do their job plus I had food delivered and for whatever reason I guess they don't deliver to the room the pizza delivery guys that is and the front desk didn't bother to call my room or anything so my food just sat there and got cold and wasted. Overall the place is safe and clean those other places around for about $15 a night more that gives you a kitchen and a bigger room so I will check the Holiday inn Express first

The room was nice and large. Staff were friendly. And the hotel had nice amenities for what it was. But it’s a must to go over to the Indian/ Italian fusion restaurant connected with the hotel food there was great.
