Tje cjeck in was okay, however we did not have any Wifi in the room, we spoke to their technicians and they told us they are having problems now and will give us a call when it ia foxed. Of coirse it was never fixed and we never recieved a call back. In addition there was hair all over the shower and old soup whtapers around the sick. We didnt have trash bags in the bins and the fridge had dried food all over it. It was not a clean room at all.
Staff was solid. The sprinkler system buzz' annoyingly all night in room 228. Still nice spot. Not grimey or tweekers outside at all. Id stay here again.

Clean, well located. Staff not friendly we arrived late at 12:30 am, And the staff member was in a bad mood because she was sleeping when we arrived.

The hotel is in a business area and is very quiet and safe. It’s near major roadways and convenient to shipping, dining, entertainment and gas. Nice pool area. Lots of market items in case you need something and don’t feel like running out. Comfortable rooms. Will stay here again.
The lobby and room was very nice. But i called before I made reservations, to see if the jacuzzi was in service. They said yes. We arrive, and the jacuzzi is out of order. Also the firepit in the courtyard did not work properly. Very disappointed.

The rooms are some of the largest I have stayed in outside of suites. Staff was friendly and attentive. The facilities are tactfully decorated, modern, and clean. The wifi is a bit more difficult to access than most hotels and while they have the expected and most modern features, the in room TVs are smaller than other hotels.
