Great place to stay. We have stayed there the last 4 years while visiting Wisconsin state fair.

Overall hotel was good, the breakfast is great, just to busy for my family we like small hotel still, otherwise pool to busy breakfast area to congested as well , but considering that hotel is big by itself .

The hotel looks like a dated office complex from the exterior so I was worried pulling up, but the main atrium is full of natural light and a beautiful common area with lounge and bar areas for guests. The building is still undergoing construction, but the hours they were working gave thought to not disturbing guests so I didn't find this to be a problem. My favorite part was the room which had a living room with desk area upon entering, then a kitchenette and bathroom and then the bedroom last. It really felt more like a cute 1 br apartment than a studio style hotel room, which made my stay more comforting and home-like. I would absolutely recommend!

The hotel is old and needs updating. We were in a separate building from the main building on second floor. NO elevator in case you need one. Carpet is old and dirty. Bathrooms need to be updated. Lots of chipped paint and marred up furniture, etc. I would stay there again if I had to. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast area is small and the older lady could not keep up with getting food out as it was depleted.

I stopped overnight to visit friend. Liked the room, the health area. Older on the style of embassy but very nice staff and good value.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel was older but my room was clean. They wifi was spotty at best. overall the staff was friendly and I would recommend the hotel to someone.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was overall clean. Good breakfast. I did not rent a car because the hotel was not too far from the airport AND the office that I was there visiting was less than two miles away...HOWEVER...calling the hotel and just asking if the shuttle service is available is not enough, you have to reserve the shuttle service at least 48 hours in advance or there wont be anyone there at the hotel to drive you. SMALL detail that they failed to tell me over the phone that cost me well over $100 in just getting to the hotel from the airport, to the office the next day, back to the hotel, and back to the airport. Well lesson learned!

We couldn't stay at this hotel due to a mold sensitivity. The carpet was stained in many places in the room and the bathroom was not clean. It is suggested that future travelers look at the hotel and room before paying as its non refundable.

The rooms were large with a nice sitting area totally seperate from the bedroom. It was very quiet even though there were lots of kids and several dogs. The breakfast was very good but was a little slow. I did not use the pool but many adults & kids did. The bed was very comfortable. The furnishings are a but outdated. It wasn't the cleanest room I've ever stayed in but acceptable. Close enough to Milwaukee with lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

I stay here only because a business associate stays here and it's convenient. Embassy Suites it taking it over in January and hope their will be upgrades. Rooms are dark, carpet stained, upholstery stained, everything has that old shabby feel, and if you move the nightstand to plug something in, well don't look behind the nightstand. Frequently promises made prior to check-in - like "oh sure we can give you an extra floor lamp" aren't kept. Breakfast is good, cooked to order. Restaurant is pretty good, although menu has become more limited in last year. Hoping change over brings upgrades and more can-do attitude to staff.

Our rooms were comfortable and affordable and allowed us to be able to relax and rest.

Three of us -- longtime friends -- stayed at Brookfield Suites and were happy with the two-room suite -- spacious and well-equipped. Friendly and helpful staff and great amenities -- reception with free drinks and snacks, swimming pool (very warm water), whirlpool and cooked-to-order breakfast. We plan to go back next year. Improvements I'd recommend: New carpet in suites; a fan and better lighting for the bathroom.

Nothing in the hotel has been updated in the past 20 years. I didn't even want to sit on the couch because it was so old/stained. We found ants all over our room the 2nd day we were there and the staff didn't seem to care. We left that day instead of staying the 2nd night even though we paid for it. We thought it was better to drive home and sleep in our own beds (1 1/2 hr ride) rather than stay another night there. Do not book a room here, hotel needs ALOT of work and is nowhere near the $.

What a nice, clean hotel! Our suite was huge. We did have to pay a hefty pet fee of $25 per dog, but there was plenty of walking space and even a station with baggies and a receptacle. Overall, very nice!

This hotel has a weird problem with fruit flies in the atrium dining room. The flies were there during breakfast, all over the food. In the evening, the flies were still present and I had to pour out my complimentary wine because a fly was in it. Also, the coffee maker in the room was complete junk and leaked everywhere. I called the manager and left my information for him. I was told he would call me back that evening but he never did. The complimentary drink hour was nice but disrupted by flies. The flies were there for three straight days and a hotel worker even complained about it. I guess it's an ongoing problem.

pricey, but worth it...
