The room had no toliet paper in it, there was a wrapper by the coffee pot, microwave was still flashing food and the bottom heating for the coffee pot had white crud all over it. The bathroom itself had hair and dirt all over the floor. One bed was squeaky and the other had black hair on it. The room had a bad odor I had to sleep with window open. Not a good night sleep when traveling from one town to the other for work.

This entire hotel smells like cheap gas station pizza. The sheets and pillowcases had no fold lines so it was questionable weather they were clean or not. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and wondered about what else was crawling around while I slept. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m sure I smell like pizza now too!

Very good, comes up just short of "great"

We stayed for two nights and the hotel is reasonably clean and comfortable. Location is good, right off the freeway. Only complaint was that the stairway (which I used often due to how slow the elevator was) had a bad smell, kinda like pet urine. But overall, it was a good stay.
