We appreciated the affordable rate and helful staff. The room could use a bit of work. Window covering wouldn't open and the refrigerator needed defrosting. The shower was great. Clean and hot.

Great for short stay

Breakfast was great and the property is clean, well kept, and very suitable for short stays. Check-in was excellent; the agent was polite and very pleasant. This was a family trip and my son and his fiance had their Shih Tzu and was given a room on the 1st floor. They did not have a 1st floor room available for me even though both rooms were booked in my name days before. That was not an issue. My only draw back was that I was not able to stream YouTube from my phone to the TV. My son and his fiance came up to my room to assist me and took the dog with them. It didn't work and we called front desk. The agent who came up to my room was more concerned that the dog was present (even though he was being held by my son's fiance) than the technical issue he was there to fix. He proceeded to mention that we have two rooms and the pet belong on the 1st floor. He left the room to reboot the internet connection and my son, his fiance and their Shih Tzu went back to their room. The issue with the TV was not resolved. During the night and the next morning, I heard all kinds of dogs barking on my floor, and to think that we had no intention of breaking the rules.
