The staff threatened to put my 20 kids out because of the 10:00 quiet policy. It was only 8:20. I felt targeted..but a familyreunion was drinkig alcohol in the lobby and just as loud with no threats

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It was affordable, clean, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. The hotel was in walking distance of all of the restaurants and shops downtown. 5 stars!

Hotel was well located near to restaurants and the main part of town but I found the room had not been very well cleaned from the previous guests and could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next door and the main road outside. I was pleased i had ear plugs with me.

Great, comfortable stay in February. Clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym was great with a view of the outdoor pool. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Parking was full and staff was very helpful to give other options for off street parking and public parking across the street.

Only negative was, because I booked thru Expedia (a third party) the hotel couldn’t accommodate my request to [1] have the rooms close together (my kids were in 2nd room) so they were 1 floor above us. And [2] we needed one room with king and one with two beds, we had to settle for rooms with single beds so my daughter slept on sofa bed - uncomfortable! Expedia needs to allow the hotels to be able to accommodate the guests. Hotel was great!!

Newer hotel, mostly staff is friendly but some don’t do their job. Lady walking around at breakfast with her coffee in hand, moving coffee urns and determining they’re full, when they were actually empty! Kitchenette unit had dirty dishes that were put away. You think not bad till you grab a glass in the middle of night only to find someone else’s lipstick still on the glass! Trying to sleep in a little, have a ‘do not disturb’ on door, only to have cleaning person knock, more than an hr before checkout, to see if we were there. Only one parking option mentioned on their website, $15/day. When checked in encountered parking is $23!! The $15 is for off-site parking. Really? I’m not from here and rely on accurate websites to determine where to stay and be safe. Is the off-site parking safe and secure? I would expect onsite at hotel and hotel to have some measure of security, right? So buck up the $23, only to encounter the need to sign acknowledgement that they cannot assure my safety or security of anything what so ever in/on or thereabouts the property!! So, at that point really regretting my decision to stay
