Everything was good!!! Had some loud guest in the parking lot all night.

The room given second time was clean and smoke free. Copier and printer facility along with bottled water was provided. The house keeping did a stay over clean as requested and provided extra towels on request. Overall a good place and value for money. At first the place looks a bit scary and less safe.

We chose a non smoking room but turns out it smelled like smoke and there was garbage on the first floor outside. There was hair on the bed too. The property is old and not appealing or feel welcomed. The staff is not courteous.

I had to clean the bathroom when i got there. Never had extra towels or bedding. The first non smoking room smelled like smoke. The next was ok. No frills or perks. However, my dogs were welcome at no extra charge. Found out there was a leaking under the floor by the bed. Requested a late check out at 12. Had 2 housekeepers come knocking asking when we were leaving.

Some updates. Could use a little more tlc. Free parking, wifi and breakfast.

Do not stop at this property. While trying to park, we were assaulted by one of the customers. The female made vulgar hand signs to us while we were parking, then was pulling on our door and banging on our window. She finally left, and the staff member who witnessed it said she was going to call the police. That didn't happen...apparently the woman is a regular tenant and known to the staff (staying in room 124). The room smelled of cigarettes and the top lock didn't latch. We tried to get another room and the desk attendant said that she didn't have another king size bed. When we tried to cool the room down and realized that the air wasn't functioning properly, the attendant gave us a fan. After coming back from dinner, we attempted to watch a movie but the TV didn't work. At that point the attendant found a room with a king size bed and had us change rooms. The second room did have a lock and TV that worked, but the air was still not cool, so we took the fan to the new room. The next morning we went to a local restaurant for breakfast. While we were out another attendant went into our room and removed the fan. Our personal items were still in the room as it was only 9am; bad business on the part of the hotel staff. A person pays for a room for a set period of time and has a right to expect that their privacy will not be violated.

They would not honor the reservation. And turned me away at 1am. Or i could pay full price for a room, even though orbitz told them i had a reservation paid for.

The construction workers were very creepy and kept staring at me while checking in and looking at my car. The front desk staff man was also creepy and made me uncomfortable. There were dead mosquitoes near the AC unit. Nothing appeared dusted. There was gunk in the sink and bath tub. All the appliances were over 20 years old. I felt itchy while lying in the bed. The coffee was terrible.

This property is very rundown. Bedding and towels were clean. Had vinyl flooring was dirty. Sink did not have a drain cover and could see gunk in the drain. Wife cleaned around the faucet. Smoke detector was removed and room smelled of cigarette smoke.nice size room but just felt dirty. Electrical outlets were warn out. I guess you get what you pay for.

Ok for value but bathroom had dirty corners and the place is a little run down.

An average hotel that was conveniently located close to the highway and in walking distance to fast food restaurants. Sadly, the smell of cleaning agents was very strong and resulted in an overall ‘average’ rating.

Spacious and you can find rooms on the inner courtyard that are insulated from the highway noise but a strong smell of cleaning products A little shabby , could definitely use an update. Non HD cable

Not the worst place in the world but don’t be fooled the pics. It’s not nice.

Horriable room this hotel needs a major up grade renovation I would not reccomend to anyone!

The walls are super thin so you hear everything the neighbors say/do. The bathroom floor was dirty when I checked in. I had to go get my key card replaced multiple times because it would stop working after just a few hours and the staff were completely unapologetic.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city making close to everything. My room was clean and comfortable.

Needs updating. Floors werent clean bad street noise.

Upon arrival we inspected the room and found a broken handle on the hand sink which had a very leaky faucet, broken bathtub drain with the plug lying on the floor next to toilet that had mold around the rim, bathroom door was splintered, sheets on a king size bed not properly covering the mattress, soiled bedspread, shady looking place; unkempt not like the photos. We called and voiced our concerns but manager seemed unconcerned and didn't correct a thing.

Do not stop at this property. While trying to park, we were assaulted by one of the customers.
