Given a room that smelled of mold/mildew and carpet around wall air conditioning unit soaking wet and with lots of stains that could likely be black mold. Unable to change rooms as told booked solid, no refund offered. Needed to wear face mask during entire stay to keep from smelling sour odor and breathing in mold spores. No breakfast served (only coffee “at this time”).
With the heavy rain this evening water is flowing on all the sidewalks. Proper water control is not fully present on the property. The air conditioning access door is open in the bathroom. The return air grill is extremely dirty. The hotels concierge is a very friendly person. She was very helpful. I highly recommend her.

The staff were very engaging and prided themselves on excellent customer service. When I did have an issue with my room, I spoke with guest services who immediately changed me to another room. Always willing to assist and very personable. my stay was quiet and peaceful, which was much needed.
Spacious, well appointed suite room which was very clean and updated. The grounds, laundry facility and pool were clean. The outdoor patio lounge area was clean though the cushions were a bit worn. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly. The property is pet friendly with several grassy areas for the dogs. Overall a fantastic stay for a great price.

The room had a rancid smoke smell. Moved to another room and the furniture was torn up.. in addition they double billed the room as I paid through Expedia now have to track down a refund
room setup is nice for a family. location not great, being next to a loud road. breakfast in the morning was terrible. Overall it was not worth the price.
