I arrived and they said they had no reservation. I showed I made it and she said they are not with them. I said I already paid them she told me she was going to charge me 100 and she did not see the money from Expedia. She talked like I was in a low life person and it was like the ritz or Omni when it was not maintain part of the roof was going to fall in and she said I know I told them. I said don’t you have a maintenance man who can get on a ladder and get the dry way down and out up a couple pieces it could fall on someone head. Anyway, I would not let them be part of your organization. They are trying to get money to them and not pay you anyway.

This has probably been the worst hotel experience I have had. Upon arrival, the front door was locked and we had to call the front desk manager who was asleep upstairs in her pajamas and head scarf. We had to wait 10 minutes for her to get downstairs, and then an additional 10 minutes for her to wake up and comprehend what was going on. Once we finally got our room key and made our way to the room, it was absolutely disgusting. First things first, there was a trash pile right outside the door with socks and cigars, the trash inside the room was full and still had food from previous customers, there was a milky white liquid on the fridge, the oven, and the ottoman in the living room, the beds were not made and looked like they had been slept in. There were used towels throughout the room, the shower still had curly hair from the previous customer in it, and there was trash scattered throughout ths room as well. After calling the front desk manager and requesting a different and CLEAN room, we waiting another 15 minutes for her to arrive. After 15 minutes went by, we called her again and her exact words were "I told you meet me at the front door, not the room." I expressed my disappointment in the room and requested a refund and she was extremely rude and was not apologetic at all. I will NEVER return to this hotel ever again, it was a terrible experience. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone.
