I was nervous upon check in. There was a youth convention and the lobby was crowded and loud. The front dest attendant was AMAZING! She assured me that the noise would not affect us at all. Sure enough, once we got to our room it was one of the most quiet and comfortable rooms we have stayed in. The bed was especially comfortable after a long drive and a full day of activity. We had a partial ocean view that was lovely. The breakfast was a level short of a full buffet. Which was a pleasant surprise. There were multiple waffle stations, cereral, muffins, fresh eggs, potatoes, juices, coffees. We did not take part in any of the amenities because it rained the day we stayed but we would recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!! The room was oversized, 2 queen beds, more pillows than you could ask for, a couch, a sitting chair, a small desk work station. A small “kitchenette” included a sink, mini fridge, coffee machine. What wasn’t readily available WAS available in the lobby! Which was very nice! The only bummer was the 3am fire alarm that woke us. False alarm and didn’t have to leave just a bummer our sleep was interrupted knowing we had a full day of travel ahead of us. All in all 5 stars!!

I definitely will be booking this trip again next October. This was a perfect vacation in every way. Breakfast was wonderful and being able to walk right onto the beach was fantastic. There is Shopping and dining within walking distance!

We drove four hours to get to this hotel for a concert.Had to drop our stuff off and run to the concert. As soon as we walked in the door, we realized the ac was broken when we left I texted concierge and let her know kindly that the ac is not working could you send somebody while we were gone to please fix it. She said nobody could fix it while we were gone. And that maintenance is only there until 11. I said we will not be back before 11. We get back to a very hot room exhausted. I was very frustrated but tried to keep my composure with the young man on duty. I explained I know this is not your fault, but we are exhausted from our trip and we have been planning this for months and for over $300 to be in a room where the electric sockets don’t work and we have no ac is unforgivable. He said well I guess I could comp your room. I said there’s no other room? and he said no the hotel is full. I said well then yes you are comping my room. I asked him how are we supposed to sleep in this hot room? He said he would bring a fan. He brought a industrial fan that they use obviously in the attics it was covered with insulation. When I turned it on, it blew insulation all over the room. One of our guests has asthma so she suffered all night. Then he promised me we would have a late check out of 4 o’clock to help compensate for our miserable night. The next morning, the front desk lady said absolutely not to a late checkout. I pushed hard back she said the very best is 2! NOT HAPPY

My husband told the front desk in person our toilet would not quit running. The seal in the tank of the toilet would not seal. It was not fixed. We had to stick our hand in the tank to push the rubber seal down. It should not be that way. It should have been fixed. The beach view was great. We were pleased with the rest of our stay.
