This was the perfect place to stay for this family of 5. It is right on the beach. Friendly, attentative staff.

We had a great experience. This hotel has a wonderful, friendly staff. The lobby of the hotel is bright and smells amazing! The entire hotel is clean! Located right on the beach was a huge plus. Would highly recommend and plan to visit again.

Really did not know what to expect from Alabama gulf coast. Gorgeous beach. Laid back atmosphere. Great view from gulf front room. Decent, free breakfast. Coffee available all day. Pleasant surprise.

We paid for upgraded room for ocean view which you could only see if you leaned over the balcony around the new high rise that our balcony faced. Construction started at 7a every morning so could not sleep and housekeeping never cleaned our room. Ended up cutting trip a day short it was so bad.

Needs more than 1 elevator for 9 floorsnkthing more to add

This hotel sits perfectly on the beach. One side has balconies and faces the ocean and the other side faces the street with no balconies (because who really wants to sit and watch traffic?). We got a chuckle out of the elevator floor announcement. We were on the 7th floor and it sounded like a giggle when it was announcing the floor arrival. I saw reviews where people complained about the construction next door. Well, you can't fault the hotel for a condo being built. We didn't encounter any of that since we were there at Christmas. Gulf Shores is right down the road. We went to the pier to fish but the tackle shop wasn't open so that we could purchase a fishing license so we just walked around and watched other people fishing. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat. You can eat breakfast and walk out the backdoor to the beach and walk for miles in either direction. The Tiki Bar was not open but I guess they are a seasonal business. I am not much for crowds and I can only imagine what OB or GS look like in the high season.

Lot of kids. Pool was very crowed while we were there. Understandable since it was the 4th of July holiday.

Although the air conditioner was too cold, had I mentioned it they would have fixed it. Antwenette, a cleaner, was amazing and lively! Every employee went out of their way. Very clean, perfect location. Must go back!

Nice place on the beach. Good value for the money. Had two small kids that loved the pool. Would like to see a bigger size refrigerator in the room

Pretty nice location. You can walk to the beach directly from the hotel. Miss the chocolate drink in the lobby, lol.

One night stay booked last min. A little expensive but the hotel, staff, room were all very nice. The free breakfast was great! And they had coffee all day. We will stay again.

Everything was clean. Free breakfast was above average. Wifi is slow and a faster connection is for sale. The pillows are pretty bad, especially if you're used to memory foam at home. Location right on the beach is great and a bonus that there was less crowding on the beach because there is nothing on one side and a small condo building on the other. This was not our first time to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores, but this was our first time staying on this part of the beach. The location is close to the good restaurants and further from the bad ones. Also there is a grocery, pharmacy, and ice cream shop directly across the street. There is a stop light at the entrance, so it was never hard to come and go.

I booked this hotel on Wednesday night for a Friday check in this was a last minute decision since I had forgotten about a 3-day vacation. The hotel was beach front. You could stand on your balcony and watch the ocean. Lovely pool and on the beach they had water sports gear beach chairs for rent. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.

I love this hotel. The music is always playing is a nice touch. Rooms clean, beds comfy, great beach access, nice Tiki bar. However drinks are much overpriced. Continental breakfast was sub par. Also during our stay, they hosted an event for behavioral health which I found out of place for a beach hotel, where you go to unwind and relax with good vibes around you. Not a business conference for behavioral health of all things. Other than that, great hotel, will be back.

The Hampton Inn was better than we anticipated! Their daily complimentary breakfast was great! The room with the balcony overlooking the Gulf was very nice! The only complaint was the a/c was so close to the side of the bed that I slept on, it made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably because I was either freezing or hot (when it kicked off). The staff was very nice! We LOVED THE LOCATION! The property on either side of the hotel was vacant, so the beach was not so crowded, as other places. There was a shopping center across the street that included a grocery store and several places to eat. It even had an urgent care facility, if someone would need medical care. We will definitely go back to Hampton Inn!

The hotel is in a great location. The private beach section wasn't nearly as crowded as other parts of the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel. We will stay here again.

Top notch hotel and an absolutely perfect location.

We picked this place over a hotel a mile and a half away that hosted the convention we were in town for. This place can't be beat! Great for the price, great free breakfast, great views, great staff. . And best of all clean! I'll certainly be back next year!

Overall - one of the better places to stay on the beach! Entire hotel staff was friendly. Rooms cleaned on daily basis. No complaints
