Very spacious

We had a group of 11 Adults and 17-18 yr old high schoolers and we had tons of space to spread out. Never felt crowded. Wish there was more soft seating in the living area besides 1couch/sectional &1 chair. We didnt all fit together.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This fit our whole family of 8 adults and 2 kids. We loved the big kitchen since we like to do family meals. The location couldn't be better, close to restaurants and shopping and right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Unsatisfied customer

My family and I visited for spring-break.We were asked to leave the pool area while an employee take engagement pictures for 30mins to an hr. Keep in mind there were no signs posted that the pool would be occupied that day between a certain timeframe. So I politely said no because I wasn' t going pull my grandchildren, nieces and nephews out the pool for that. Betsy left and came back to offer us 100.00 gc for the restaurant next-door (which we didn't use). So, about 10 mins later the security guard came and explained that he was asked by Betsy to check our wrist-bands and to make sure we didn't have any glass or open containers. Keep in mind we was at the pool for 2hrs prior. To sum my vacation up I am a dissatisfied customer based on that experience. The condo was very clean and in a good location to stores etc. When I called to express how I felt the only response from they're office was i apologize and also the next day they're was a group of ppl (caucasians) at the pool with a big speaker playing loud music and drinking corona out the bottle which i took pictures and videos..

Perfect stay

Our stay was amazing. Everyone loved this place from my 1 year old daughter to my 90 year old grandmother. It’s spacious and serene but also in the center of the family friendly action. We’d definitely look to stay here again when visiting Gulf Shores.

Great location! Lots of space!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gulf Place. The space was very clean and we had tons of space. The bedrooms/beds are very comfortable and everyone in our party slept well. The building sits right at the main intersection so it is centrally located and within walking distance to shops and food. There were times the traffic and sirens were quite loud which would be my only complaint. Overall we had a blast and would 100% stay here again. Would highly recommend!!

Gulf Place Review

Gulf Place was a great place to stay. We had seven family members ranging from three adults, kids 14, 11, 5 and 2. There was more than enough room for all of us. Communication via text with Ramey was excellent. The kids loved the rooftop pool, and having the little store right under the condo was great for snacks, beer, ice, pool necessities, beach toys etc.. The noise and commotion from the hang out next door is definitely present, but didn’t bother us too much. You can see out the windows, but not in. They do have shades that pull down. The condo had a strong smell of laundry dryer sheets/and or cleaner, but it seemed to dissipate. I recommend bringing a few packages of hangers, we found very few in the condo, and I prefer to hang my clothes. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, we did buy some bigger coffee mugs..the ones provided are more modern and small. The condo is a short walk to the beach, the beach was really nice. Found crabs at night..recommend taking a bright flash light. The beds were very comfortable, nice soft linens. Remember to bring a small salt and pepper. Walmart is not too far from the condo. Parking for the condo is across the street but not too far. Loading/unloading is very convenient right next to building. They have security present each day/night at the front door and upstairs where the ping pong table/pool area. We felt very safe staying here. Would recommend!

Great location with lots of room

Ladies tennis teams in town for state tournament. Condo and location was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Close to many places to eat and pick up supplies. Roof top pool and game room were awesome! Not fans of the parking though; it was a bit inconvenient if in a hurry. If more than two cars, get extra parking passes. Front office was quick to respond to our need for extra parking passes.

Great location!

This was the nicest and most conveniently located condo we’ve ever stayed in. Once we parked, we never had to get back in the car. We definitely recommend this place to everyone for a family getaway or a group of friends wanting a fun vacation.
