The floor had mold ALL over it and the bathroom and floors were nasty. Don't waste your time booking this place, it may be cheap but it's not worth it AT ALL!! We told them about the mold when we checked out and all they did was give us a coupon for our next stay.. absolutely terrible service.

rundown $hi+hole hotel/motel! Dirty, grimy and nasty! Don't waste your money! Yuck! Front desk staff seemed very incompetent and confused all the time. Hotel in general lacked maintenance and was just generally rundown and unkept. The room was dirty and the bed linens were dirty so I had to ask for new ones which was very difficult to communicate for some reason. Spend a few extra dollars and stay elsewhere.

If I could have left zero stars I would have. This place is utterly disgusting. We were traveling through and had to find a place last minute- being a busy saturday everything was booked up except this place. Rates were higher at $199 and they insisted on running card at booking. We arrived and lobby was unattended, the lobby restroom worse than a truckstop. Cigarrette butts everywhere around common areas. Our room was disgusting. No toilet paper put on the dispenser. Loud a/c and dingy towels. After check out I happened to check my bank account and they CHARGED US TWICE. It took an "act of congress" to get a refund. We called the corporate offices and they honestly seemed apathetic about it. We are still traumatized. Worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Staff not helpful. Got in the room and had the equivalent of two hand towel to dry off with from the shower. Phones did not work in the room. Staff seemed unwilling to help and overall were not concerned about their guests. No fridge, no microwave and not even a coffee pot???? Shower wasn't clean. There was what looked like mold around the inside of the toilet. Staff refused to quiet down other guests that were smoking weed, slamming doors and yelling in the parking lot at 2 in the morning. Almost had to contact police over this matter. Continental breakfast???? What a joke. There was some coffee, a bowl of apples and 3 slices of bread next to a toaster. Staff again did not seem to care when asked if there was normally more than this available. Overall summery, though they have a very low price per night it is still not worth what you are paying for it. Stay somewhere else.

Booked thru Priceline. When we arrived they could not find reservation. Finally it was located but was informed room had no TV. Would not lower price. Said they weren't finished working on room and it shouldn't have been on Priceline. Couldn't get them to understand that that was their problem but they were totally unconcerned. Totally unprofessional.

I was booked at quality inn which used to be magnuson was relocated to red roof due to the fact that quality inn that used to be magnuson doesn't take pets when I booked my room on trip advisor it said the location was pet friendly so I booked to bring my dog then was re located to the other property at the rate of quality inn redroof is a cheaper per night property they told me they would waive the pet fee which doesn't exist at redroof the property is fine now but who wants to over pay nobody and management was no help in the matter I also booked a double queen room and got double full for the same rate CROOKS!!!

When i came in to pay the staff were giving me a thousand mile stare all of them and no one greeted me. they all looked angry.. this is the magnuson inn that was actually red roof inn on 1st ave. The restroom smelled like urine and had hair everywhere. i pulled back the sheets n it was crumbs and hair in them. They wouldnt move me into a different room. And ididnt realize they charged me an extra $40 until i gt hme an hour away and they claim i took a pillow from them!!

This is the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. (1) NO phone in room; (2) room was damp/musty, bed covers were damp, etc.; (3) air conditioning could not regulate room temp. Either too hot or too cold; (4) we registered with 3 adults, we had TWO towels. Room service came by next day and took dirty towels and left NO clean towels; (5) floors were hardwood and dirty, had sand and were not clean. Walking around for 5 minutes left you with black feet; (6) lights over dressing area did not work, nor did the entry light, as the fixture was broken and unplugged. (7) no refrigerator or microwave? (8) Mattresses are dirty and have holes in them. I would not recommend this motel for ANYBODY. It might be pet-friendly, but it is NOT "people friendly".

This place was awful. After our first say of out 2 night stay we went to the beach and the house keeper threw everything we left in the room out and left out door open....they said they thought we checked out......so we got some of the things back and left and we wernt charged for the second day...

Hotel was great for a solo traveler to see a concert. Hotel was clean, smoke alarms seemed to work. There was a lot of mirrors which I notice some hotels lack. The lock on the door was a little unsettling. But the electronic key I trusted enough. The a/c wasn't super cold, but good enough for me, they had it running when I got in at 3:30pm on a friday. Didn't check out the pool, just needed a place to lay my head for the night. The shower was nice. Walls were pretty thin... but even though it was a weekend night in the summer, I got back in after the concert after midnight and heard mumbling of a conversation in the room above me, it wasn't bad. But also, I live near an interstate so I'm used to noises at night. I was also in the first floor corner room (my favorite) so maybe I heard more outdoor noise as well. I stayed in room 110, non smoking, one king bed. No weird smells or anything unsightly. Nice stay.
