Overpriced luxury

Daja was very patient and friendly during booking and the rest of the staff we came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Aside from that, the buttons in the elevator were pushed into the fixtire and almost broken, the shower door would NOT stay closed during showers, the wallpaper was peeling in multiple locations. The pool is unheated and water was quite chilly but otherwise pool area was clean. The elevator smelled a little musty, and the room smelled stale as well. Sound definitely travels thru the halls and door and people in the hallway were quite loud, as well as being able to hear the room on either side as well. For the price of the room we paid for, we got two tvs, with two remotes, only one of which worked properly. In our opinion, a good location centrally located to shops and beaches, but not worth the price of the stay.

Nice place for the price. Clean and comfortable. 24 hour small gym which is great. Indoor pool is closed but the rest is great. Convenient to many restaurants and interstate.

Fix bathroom walls

Bathroom needs fixed properly. The walls have been patched but looks terrible. Other than that stay was fine. Pool was closed without notice.

Good stay

It was clean and in a safe location close to the highway. The room was comfortable in the bed was nice . The housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30am, wanting to know what time we were leaving. Thankfully, we were about to leave, but that made us feel kind of weird. The lady at the breakfast center was sorta rude and bossy… Also options there were kind of pitiful. I grabbed a banana and a carton of cereal… otherwise we had no issues. Erica at check-in and then the lady at checkout we’re both great.

Roach hotel

The rooms are very outdated. It smelled as soon as we walked into our room so we knew it was going to be a unpleasant stay. We ended up checking out early because a roach almost crawled in my childs food. I was done! Very disappointed because Fairield's are usually nice.
