The room was excellent and the staff was great. Tiffany who ran the breakfast every morning was really excellent and Michael Brugh who was the Guest Experience Champion definitely did everything possible to make our stay the best. Thanks.

Tiffany Austin runs the breakfast and takes a lot of pride in her work. She went the extra mile to make it a great stay! The room smelled musty and the table had sticky paper stuck to it. Road noise was present also.

The room was very clean & comfortable & a great location! Everything u could ever want is nearby but hotel is tucked away enough that there isn't any noise from traffic. The breakfast was wonderful! Head of Breakfast, Tiffany, was very friendly & accommodating & kept everything well stocked. We really liked the omelettes! But there was a good variety of everything. Had a really nice stay. Only thing I wished they would have had was a USB port to plug in so bring your own but they did have free wifi. Would stay again!

Our check was fast. Staff was very nice. The rooms are big and we had all the amenities need to get started. The hotel itself but the traffic noise is not pleasing especially in the early mornings. The air conditioner in room 426 was not cool enough and the thermostat can be adjusted below 65 degrees. Warm room to our dislike. Location is alright depending on what your visit is about, we were travelling thru interstate 10. Overall experience is pleasant.

We stopped here on the way to Florida. Great place to stay with a wonderful breakfast. Hotel had friendly helpful staff. They added a rollaway bed for our grandson who was a late edition to our trip.the price was right and had easy access off of Interstate 10. We will definitely stop here on our next trip to Florida.

We got to the hotel last minute with a group rate. The staff was very nice and took time to accommodate us, there was a Jehovah Witness convention that weekend. The double room was for the handicap, which was fine but the bathroom mirror still had a lot of toothpaste residue from the last guest which I cleaned. YUCK! The room had a strange smell but once I went to get into the bed, I realized that the air conditioner was leaking into the carpet. Since there were no other rooms, I could work around that. I mentioned to the clerk the situation and he told me that other guests had the same problem. Our TV worked 1 night then went dead. Another family member's TV did the same thing. The staff tried to get it going but nothing worked. Since we weren't there that long, no one pushed the issue. I went to the pool but it had dead bugs floating on top so that was a no. Even though the room stated 3 guests, the housekeeping staff would only leave 2 washcloths and we would have to bother the front desk for that extra towel. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Everyone loved that. The eggs were rehydrated eggs so I took a pass. My kids loved the cinnamon rolls. No one else in the family had the wet carpet issue, so I guess it's in select rooms. I would stay again but in a different room. The staff were wonderful, but they were struggling with the physical accommodations. Just a personal note. When asked about the TV stations being played in the lobby, sports and FOX News, we were told that it's a hotel policy and they couldn't change the channels. I can understand sports but FOX News? Maybe since it was a red state, FOX is considered favorable. How about 2 sports channels or even Disney? You can't go wrong with children's programming.

Got to the hotel at 9:30am after driving all night. We had a reservation for that day. The hotel had been fully booked the night before and our rooms were not available The front desk person, Micheal, told us the cleaning staff started at 9:30. He would put a rush on the rooms. We realized that check in time is 3:00 but had never had trouble before getting in as soon as rooms were available. After FOUR hours we still did not have our rooms. Michael was making absolutely no effort to accommodate us. I stay in hotels over 200 night s a year. Never have I waited so long. Fortunately I am an IHG rewards member. I called customer service to let them know my situation. They called the hotel and miraculously our rooms immediately became available. Too bad it had to comes to that. Extremely bad customer service on Michael's part.

What a great hotel!! Quiet, clean, happy staff, great breakfast, and larger rooms. I would absolutely come back to this property!! IHG has some of the nicest facilities with the nicest staff. Couldn't ask for more!!

Traveling back from Florida we stay overnight. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and accomodations were awesome. Quiet location with excellent breakfast bar. Will always use this hotel in the future as a stoping point on our way to and from Florida.

Spent one night. Convenient to I-10 in a kind of cul-de-sac. Lots of eating places nearby (try Dick Russell's). The usual Holiday Inn Express facility. Clean and comfortable with very nice workout room. Left before they started serving breakfast at 6:30 so can't opine on it. Would stay here again.
