Our visit was very pleasant. The hotel staff were nice and helpful. It was a great experience. Even the restaurant in the surrounding area was good. Overall the visit was great. If we ever come back Holiday Inn Express is my 1st choice..
This was a nice place to stay for 2 nights. the staff was accommodating, the continual breakfast was ok. we enjoyed the location, the check in was simple. The rooms and the bathrooms were dated. All things considered not bad.
I always stay in IHG properties whenever possible. They tend to be well-maintained. This hotel is decent enough, however my bathroom had a light bulb missing. Not just blown out, completely missing. There was a gentleman sleeping in the lobby on the couch for at least two hours, as well. If he's a guest, show him to his room. If he's not a guest, show him the door.
I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for sometime. The room was booked for through business. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The lobby was open and we'll little. The staff was nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast bar had a nice variety. I would definitely consider staying agin if I am in the area.
not bad, not great. average holiday inn that is commercially available along any interstate in the us. stayed here just for the night after a long days drive going home from vacation and left early the next morning
While this property is a little older, it is in good condition, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is OK, decent coffee, cinnamon buns are good and there are some hot items that we preferred to leave alone. Aaron at the front desk was friendly and very helpful when I asked about different bed configurations. No complaints!
I stayed her for business one night in January 2017. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel. The location is decent and my room was a decent size. The hotel is. bit dated... there was wallpaper in the bathroom that seemed very 1980s. Otherwise, the place was great. They were able to get me an early check in and everyone was friendly!
Passing through by motorcycle and needed a room for one night. The rate was comparable to other similar properties but I find Holiday Inn is usually a little nicer. That was true here. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Our room was super clean. The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do for a 1 night stay. It was just my daughter and I and we felt completely safe being just "the girls". The staff were all very friendly.
We booked a king suite while on the road via their website. I've had problems doing this through third parties so I thought by booking direct I would not encounter any problems with my reservation. Wrong! When we checked in the manager gave us our room key and sent us on our way. Much to our surprise we opened the door to two double beds. I have a family of five (small daughter always shares the king with me and my husband and my boys share the pullout). Thinking it was a simple error we went back downstairs and asked for the room we booked. It was then that the manager tells us that all the king suites are taken? Wth?? I asked for a rollout bed because I was not about to stick one of my kids on a filthy hotel floor. He said he'd look for one. We waited TWO HOURS and nothing. At this point I'm livid - it was nearing midnight and we'd been driving all day. I pick up the phone to call the front desk and wouldn't you know it was broken. Jeez people - I had to put the guy on speaker phone to have a conversation. I then just flat-out demanded an extra room at no charge. He obliged. This is the second time in recent memory that something like this has happened with a Holiday Inn. I book a TON of rooms for my son's soccer team over the course of a year since they travel every weekend. I used to almost exclusively book these properties but if I can't trust their booking system then it is time for a change. The last time this happened they promised me a bunch of points - never saw them.
