The hotel was beautiful, I do wish they had options to have a microwave - either in vending area or request in room.
The property is beautiful but we reserved a 2 Queen bed room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 16 year old kids) and were given a King bed room with a trundle bed. The explanation we received is they were overbooked. It made for a very uncomfortable stay.
Great pool. Rooms very nice and clean. Great views from the rooms. Good service at the bars. There was some remodeling going on but not a big deal.
Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Loved the cookies in the lobby. Would have preferred faster in-room dining delivery time. I asked to borrow a phone charger and I had to come to the lobby to pick it up rather than have it brought to my.room. Breakfast was excellent
My parents enjoyed their stay and plan to return!
Arrived at 5:30 pm and room wasn’t ready. Moldy shower.
Cleanliness, friendliness and the Massage was incredible
Gorgeous exterior. When we arrived to our room you could tell the maid was in a rush to finish that particular room. It wasn’t the neatest. We tried to find some entertainment at the pub styled bar near the lobby. Bartenders were eating ice cream behind the bar. Live music was decent. Indoor hot tub gets about 6 inches of foam when you turn it on. Brandy at the breakfast dining room was a delight. The pictures looked great upon booking, but honestly I have worked in my younger years and visited in my current years to several of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail Resorts and I must say I was highly disappointed in the quality and care of this place.
My stay was worth every penny, the place was clean and the rooms are wonderful.
True southern hospitality from the bell staff to the pro shop. Everyone is committed to making the guest experience wonderful.
It was very a very relaxing place to stay. We have been to this property three times now and have enjoyed it each visit.
Arrived as a 1/2 way mark between my home and a relative in North Carolina. Rested, enjoyed a bike ride around the planned community. Caught a food truck near the hotel, and utilized the Spa.
great hotel! warm friendly staff Beautiful out of the way escape
My wife and I spent a weekend here. The staff is beyond amazing - they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Little things such as giving customers bottled water at checkout made us feel as if we were staying at a five-star resort. The only negative was that wifi is not free.
