Great place to stay. It seems new. Staff was friendly. Best part is that it sleeps six (we have a family of five and struggle with most hotels). Free breakfast is not super fancy but solid and convenient. Parking is easy. Central location in Birmingham. Gym and pool. Rooms have great black out shades. Very pleased.
clean and safe! gated parking and near places to eat/attractions.
Bathroom had no power staff could not be located one time to check out no receipts given at check out even when requested
This property was way overpriced. There were messes everywhere. Piles of cigarettes. Stains on the ground. I can share pictures. The property wasn’t kept or run well. The pool was by the parking lot. The restaurant that was supposed to be open from 4-9 was closed. All the rooms were big apartments but not very nice. I would not stay here again.
Great room. Cleaning was lacking and staff seemed to be unhelpful
The location was great. The check-in staff were great too. The room was also good, however it didn't look like the room had been serviced between guests. The little coffee station in the room had been used by the prior guest and not restocked. Kinda weird. We were there only one night so not a terribly big deal to us.
Centrally located downtown yet quiet. Fantastic beds shower only but they charge $12 for onsite parking!
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and near bus and train station
The room was very nice and had lots of space in it and the breakfast was good as well we will be back very soon
Very friendly staff, very quiet during the night. Everything was very clean
Very clean with friendly and professional staff! Everything was awesome!
The hotel was nice and new and conveniently located for the Mercedes Marathon. I would have preferred if they were more accommodating for a later check out for runners on race day.
New hotel just recently opened in December 2017. The room is well appointed with mini-kitchen. Walking distance to Publix Super Markets.
