The hotel was very clean and conveniently located to most any needs. Very pleasant staff. Boxed breakfast due to Covid 19.

Well, this reservation was paid for in advance, and yet the hotel still charged my card for $450 upon check out. When I called to ask about it, I was told I would have to call on an additional day and talk to someone. Umm I'm sorry, it was paid for in advance, no additional charges should have been done.

I specifically selected a hotel that had a hot tub and indoor heated pool so my grandkids could play and the adults could relax. We booked this 140 a night room and orbits and the motel main page show this beautiful hot tub. We arrive and and the hot tub has been filled in with concrete for over a year. The pool was shut down and could not be used. Because we booked with Orbitz we could not be refunded to attwmpt to find a motel that had a pool. We were stuck. They also said room service was avaialbe and it was not. They do have a resturant but it is open 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours at night. I feel like I was robbed because we went there for the pool and hottub. I could have stayed at a motel 8 if all i wanted was a bed to sleep in. I feel that they owe me money back and believe me I am contacting the hilton chain. Oh and when we checked in they told us the pool was only down waiting on chemicals to be adjusted. They said it woukd be usable the next day. The next day came and the door was still showing the pool closed. We asked again and they said it was shut down by the health department and was unable to be used until reinspected. Certainly not worth 140 a night.

I really liked this place and will for sure stay there again. I also now have a preference for this chain in general. Tim was an excellent host!

One thing that keeps me from staying at Hiltons unless all the other hotels are booked is their stupid $10 charge to us their WIFI, after you pay an gpod price to stay at their hotel. I only stay there when everyone else is full.

Liked the location and was convenient to the interstate to get us to the Birmingham Bowl at Legion Stadium.

Staff were friendly,room was clean and comfortable,locatin was great we stayed the weekend for family reunion and funeral!!

We are traveling by car thru Alabama golfing Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. This hotel is great, next to good food and the golf course. Not much time spent in hotel except to sleep and we thought it was awesome

We had an excellent experience. Staff was friendly and able to get us into our room, even though we arrived about half an hour early. Location was great, within a short drive of great restaurants and shopping. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was very clean! A+ I would stay again!

We needed a night away from our 17 month old daughter, and this was a great way to reconnect for an evening. The rooms and hotel were clean, service was great, and we felt like we got what we paid for.

WE WERE IN TOWN FOR BUSSINESS AND PLEASURE. THE STAY WAS VERY ENJOYABLE. THIS WAS THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE STAYED IN WHEN WE COME TO BIRMINGHAM AND WE HAVE STAYED IN ALOT

Nice and clean, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. We did run out of toilet tissue in our room and they failed to replace the coffee pkg we had used, but those were not severe probs. (thank goodness for the 2 boxes of tissues and free brewed coffee downstairs).

I wanted to stay in a really nice hotel and get a good night's rest before my early flight. The accommadations were awesome. But when I couldn't fall asleep I tried to purchase a movie and it wouldn't work. After several phone calls to the desk they changed my room thinking it was the TV in my room. I still couldn't purchase a movie. Everyone was very nice and apologetic.

The room was comfortable and I really liked the wireless connection. It was nice having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Restaurants were close as well as access to grocery stores.
