Great breakfast and perfect rooms for a family with a door between the living room and bedroom. The check-in lady was quite unfriendly but every other interaction with staff was wonderful.

The hotel has access to the arena next door and it’s all inside, which was perfect for our needs going to the hockey game that night. We only stayed 1 night. The room was HUGE however it was disgusting; stains on carpet and furniture, hair all over the bathroom, crumbs/trash all over the room. It’s almost like the room was not cleaned before our arrival. We’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites and this one has an awesome location, however the room was filthy. The lobby was recently renovated, just need to work on the rooms now

We stayed only one night, but the room was spacious and well-appointed, our kids loved the indoor pool, and the complimentary breakfast was about the best we have had at a chain hotel. The service was also very friendly. If we have an occasion to go back to Huntsville, this is where we will stay.

Hotel is conveniently located for downtown attractions and actually connects via enclosed walkway to the Civic Center. Parking is difficult with an underground garage that has a single cab elevator that goes only to 1st floor. Then you have to move to a bank of interior elevators to access hotel rooms. The garage elevator is a bottle neck and the underground parking is arranged to ensure difficulty to access the hotel. Hotel staff clustered around the entry kiosks chatting with one another and made it clear that interruptions were unwelcome. The room view was an electrical substation and busy parkway. Orbitz and the hotel both failed to state the hotel is in the midst of a major remodel, with accompanying noise, half the underground parking closed off, and both the restaurant and bar closed for the duration. The room furnishings are pressed wood with melamine surfaces. The bathroom had mildew and faucets had to run for five minutes to get warm water (forget hot!) The hotel charges an extra fee for parking and wifi, which should be included for these daily rates. Especially since wifi reception within the hotel is atrocious. The manager's reception requires you to stand in a long line for drinks and stale cereal mix. The breakfast was decent, but nothing cooked to order due to the remodel. Overall, it was overpriced and a poor experience. There are several newer hotels in the immediate vicinity and any of them would seem a better option.

The staff was very pleasant

i enjoyed breakfast and the size of the room

I love the size of the suites and the park is connected where my children love to feed the fish. This is the reason I always stay at this hotel. However, it's time to update the rooms.....the furniture is falling apart and ripped...the carpet is starting to bubble and is waring down which makes it look old and nasty. I booked 3 rooms for my family and all 3 was clean and smelled nice but the stuff I already mentioned was in each room.....oh and we stayed from Sunday to Saturday my husband asked the house keeper for sheets on Wednesday because they kept falling off the bed and the house keeping supervisor was in the hall and heard him asking and said we don't give linen everyday......excuse me? we're in a hotel...it's bad enough service is horrible and everyone is still blaming Covid!!! But to say we can't ask for sheets to fix the bed ourselves is unacceptable!!! She did finally send someone to get the sheets after my husband said okay this is my first time asking and we've been here since Sunday!! Also, I was reviewing my receipt and it shows I was paying for parking......who pays for parking at a hotel with its own parking on the premises.

This is the only hotel I choose to stay at when I visit. I particularly enjoy the view of the city from the 5th floor on up.

I choose to stay here because of the location right across the street from Big Spring Park, because of the breakfast quality and complimentary evening beverages. I also like the suites because they feel like I'm staying in a mini apartment.

The location is perfect. Right across from Big Springs Park so the view from my 7th floor suite was amazing!!!

There was no internet access if I wasn’t an honors member. Parking was horrible

The rooms are very nice and clean. The bedding is very comfortable. We love the evening reception and the big breakfast with the omelet station. The staff was very friendly.
