All the staffing was very helpful and so polite. The room was very and will stocked with towels and very thing else we needed. I forgot my bag and I was able to turn around to go back and get it and the front desk young had already been back to the room and got it got me. My stay was enjoyable but the staff was not very helpful. It was disappointing that we were not able to have coffee on the day of the event and the coffee machine was down. I just don’t think the hotel accommodation for so many women who only stayed there because of the conference was considerate of our needs.

Disappointed in Huntsville

A few issues: 1) the word “spa” was in the name of the hotel, so my party brought appropriate clothing and planned attending the spa during their stay, just to be told that there is no spa and hasn’t been for quite some time. This needs to be changed in the name, so others are not equally disappointed. 2) Also, my room temperature was freezing cold and the wall thermostat could not be regulated. Wound up having to turn the HVAC completely to warm the room because I cannot get to sleep in a cold room. 3) The included breakfast buffet did not open until 7:30am, and that was also the time that I needed to be at door-opening at the Von Braun arena for the event that I came to Huntsville to attend. My roommate was able to attend breakfast but I was not, having to get to the arena to hold seats for my party. Why this is a problem is because every hotel that I have booked starts their breakfast buffet at 6:00 or 6:30am. If the Embassy Suites breakfast started earlier, I would have been able to use my benefit and make it to the arena on time as well. I feel that I did not get what I paid for, and should be compensated for my inconvenience and disappointment.

We loved the elegant decor , 1 bedroom Suite optionand friendly staff. The open atrium in the center gives a spacious feeling and the glass elevators are great. We enjoyed the free happy hour and breakfast and walking around d big spring park in mornings and evenings! We’ll be back

Great Property!

My family loved this property. The staff was the best part even though everything was nice. Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional! We travel and try different hotels regularly and this one had a top notch staff! My only suggestion is this : we had an accessible room for my 85 year old parent. The bathroom had extra bars and a low shower head but no shower seat or chair?? Makes no sense… how do they use it?
