Embassy Suites by Hilton Huntsville Hotel & Spa

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites every other year for 8 years now. It is a well managed property in a good location. We only found disappointment in extra charges for both Wi-Fi and parking. Neither charge seems warranted, particularly $13 per day for Wi-Fi access! I travel regularly and cannot recall the last chain below a large city, 5 star property which tried to charge for Wi-Fi access. Really leaves the customer feeling taken advantage of when this happens.

Stayed there after Thanksgiving and only the air conditioning worked in the room, not the heat.

The hotel is beautiful. The reason why we chose it was because it had roll-in shower access for my dad, a pool for my girls, and it just a couple of minutes away from the reason we were in town in the first place. The big flaw (which I know the hotel couldn't really help) was that someone had thrown up in the pool the evening before, so my girls couldn't even swim... A huge, huge disappointment to a 6 and 8 year old, especially considering the drive we endured to get there. We made do with a walk in the park to feed the ducks, and attended a Halloween show for dogs that we stumbled onto.

Awesome hotel! Right in the heart and f everything

Perfect hotel co-located with the Van Braun center in Huntsville. Perfect we just walked across the sky walk and were at the game. Ruth's Chris on site as well. Breakfast was good too.

Very nice hotel for the price. Excellent breakfast, good location, friendly staff pleased with the stay and would stay again.

We just stayed overnight but it was an excellent experience.

Great pool area and breakfast in the morning. There is also a manager's reception but we were out during that time. The hotel was great for my family of 4. I love how the rooms are set up with the bedroom in the back. I don't sleep well so being away from any hallway noise is great for me. The only negative I would say is that it could have been a little cleaner. The refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the last guests and the bathroom floor corners were kind of gross. However, everything else seemed clean. I would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I enjoyed a complimentary drinks after check in and great breakfast. The room is large and very comfortable. All of the staff are very nice and professional. We liked so much and would like to stay again.

The incredible made-to-order omelets and all the usual breakfast foods, the evening bar for the free drinks, the soft pillows, roomy suite...all were exceptional.

Very clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed here for 2 nights, breakfast was great and the service was excellent.

Booked the room and a day at the spa for my beautiful wife. We had dinner at the steakhouse located in the hotel. Couldn't have asked fro a more helpful and courteous staff at the hotel, restaurant or the spa. Awesome place for weekend getaway with your significant other. You never have to leave the hotel for food or entertainment.

This place usually costs more than the outliers, but IMO it is worth it. The rooms are fabulous, the breakfast is a real one (are those really eggs at the usual hotel comp breakfasts?) and the manager's reception is a great relaxer. Location is perfect for a stroll through the city park over to the square for dinner.

I felt the true "southern hospitality" at this gorgeous hotel. From the check in to the bar tender to the wait staff to the housekeeping staff...I felt everyone went out of their way to be accommodating as well as so very very friendly. Although our party was only there overnight, we are already hoping to return. The building is beautiful, and the pool area so very lovely. Couldn't believe all of this for the value price. Hats off to Embassy Suites in Huntsville!!

Staff very friendly, great location in Huntsville. the park that starts on site is very relaxing.

Pros: Great complementary breakfast, pool, cardio, rooms and general cleanliness. Meh: The desk staff all seemed to be teenagers. They were polite and tried to solve problems (see con), but weren't experienced enough to be creative and ensure the customer is really happy (vs placated). Cons: I don't know how this happened, but they put me in a smoking room. They corrected it, but it's a hassle I prefer to not have to deal with after traveling and working all day. Room internet is not free...who does this anymore?!

my girlfriend and I went to Huntsville for a weekend get away and we love the hotel it was so nice and the people that work there are great

Very close to the Huntsville hospital which was important for this visit. The only thing that I was a little disappointed with was the mattress felt a little worn and I was surprised by a nearly $7 parking fee. Otherwise, things were great.

Great suit (living room + bedroom), clean, the staff was very helpulf. Very recommended.
