I was very disappointed in my stay at this particular facility this time, my tub was dirty so I cleaned the whole bathroom myself, dust was over the vanity, the headboard had finger prints over it, stains over the floor, sheets was really wrinkle and just didnt feel clean. Cleaned the room after working 12hr shift and sprayed it down with Lysol " which I always do." At this point I slept on my oversized blanket and showered in my flipflops! I did not change rooms bc I did not want to start the process over. To top it all off my last night, I always checked out on my way to work the evening before and drive straight home after I get off from a 12hr shift. Received an invoice with no extra charges bc I had none and then received a second one with a breakfast charge! Contacted the property 3 times for an explaination, she was always busy and couldn't or wouldn't talk. I'm concerned that a hotel can close out your invoice and someone can come in 12+ hours later and open my account back up and add a fraudulent charge to my credit card. It was only $11, but my advice is to always check your charges bc if you add up $11 from god knows how many customers it adds up. My trust has been broken in letting Hotels email my receipt, from now on I will come back and check out in person!
