To start off, the hotel is a gorgeous piece of history. Stunning all around. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the stunning stained glass rooftop. As far as guest service goes, I am beyond impressed. The staff is so nice and amazing. Always making sure we were well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that comes visit Mexico City and I would love to stay here once again.

One of the most beautiful hotels in CDMX. Very impressive. They are famous for the painted glass ceiling, view of the Zocalo, and impeccable customer service. When you check in, they greet you with a glass of champagne. Upon entry to your room, they have an assortment of chocolates on a plate with your last name written in chocolate. Everything is nearby and mostly walking distance.

Everything was impeccable. the incredible building, the staff and services, the terrace restaurant, and location. The Zocala view room was beautiful, but it was loud at night with all the activity in the square. Everything met our hopes

Location cannot be beat! Right off Zocalo with restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, and museums within a 5 minute walk. Building itself is incredible; the old fashioned elevators and glass ceiling were so unique and gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We got so many little perks: a glass of champagne on check in, bath bombs for the huge bathtub, complimentary cake and welcome card, and lounge access with snacks and drinks. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a luxury experience right in the heart of CDMX.

We love the size of the room. We reserved a room with a Zocalo view. It wasn't as loud as we thought it would be. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and the snack room for the guests. The lobby was beautiful, grand, and quiet.

The hotel is beautiful, but they should had told us that they were having a TEACHER STRIKE, that lasted for the whole 12 days we stayed there, we had a hard time to get to the hotel, we felt unsafe cause there were all of these TENTS covering the whole ZOCALO so they were tied to walls to the hotel making it hard to get to the hotel, we had to walk about 6blocks with luggage to check in and to leave hotel to get a taxi, it was terrible and some How the hotel premises should had giving us a choice, the strike was already going on before we arrived on June 8th , we paid to see the zocalo and enjoyed the view instead we looked at tents all over the zocalo, plz look at the pics I included, because of that sometimes we felt very unsafe and we had to walk further cause the ways to get to the hotel were blocked by the strikers building tents even on the side walk, very disappointed on my stayed at this hotel
Look at the zocalo full of tents, hotel
Should had notified us before we arrived, the strike had days already going on before I arrived on June 8th
