We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Room was spacious & the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had wonderful restaurant staff & great breakfast choices. The location was good & easy to get on the highway & close to shopping. We'll be back!

Noisy heater in room, dirty public bathrooms and many pieces of broken equipment in the fitness room

The rooms were shabby. The blinds didn't work, making the room dark all day. the couch was useless, it was too worn to sit on. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels etc.

Hotel was easy to get to off the highway. The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, room was spacious and there was a great breakfast.

The hotel itself was very nice and staff were very friendly. However when called to inquire about the indoor pool which was ultimately the reason for booking there, we were not told that there was a family reunion booked there that weekend, and there were so many people, we were unable to even use the pool. The guests were highly intoxixated and using crude language and inappropriate acts were being conducted in the pool and hot tub. So we ultimately spent all of our time outside the hotel

It was a comfortable stay for just one night . It was clean and the staff were very accomodating .

Every interaction with staff was positive and refreshing

Seminars / Conferences took up most if not all parking spots including parking garage.

Show up after midnight and you will be ignored by an over-tasked ragtag dressed midnight guest services worker with a television blaring deafening reality TV in what during the day is a classy lobby. Had a regional manager walked in, I am certain staff would have been disciplined. Ridiculous!

The massive breakfast buffet made up for this hotel being loud until about 2 am. Every time I dozed, a door would slam or the person next door would open/close the roller door to their bathroom. I'm not a light sleeper at all, so these noises were likely pretty loud. Again, the breakfast buffet was exceptional and I would stay here again based on that, as long as I didn't have to rise early the next day.

It appears when going 3rd party reservations the hotel gives you the lest Desirable room .... We travel a lot And it is the same with all third party reservations ... How can we fix that???

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was exceptional. Food and accommodations was wonderful.

Booked this room because it could accommodate 6 people. It was a double queen suite. IT WAS SMALL! The beds were horrible. And the sofa bed was absolutely ridiculous. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was good. That's about it.

We were there for one night of our honeymoom. The chef brought us sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. I just wish we could have stayed more than one night. Great place to stay.

Stayed one night could have stayed several, room was great, the evening reception was an unexpected bonus, bed slept great, breakfast was just wonderful will stay again for a longer period and recommend to others

Wonderful hotel. The rooms are suites, with fridge and microwave, table to seat at least 3, living area, bedroom, spacious bathroom, great shower. It included a breakfast with omlets cooked to order. Also a nice bar in the lobby. Great mall right across the street, but we didn't have time to visit it. We will definately seek out Embassy Suites for our next travel.

4 Months Old and really nice. Window had pull down shade but needs curtains that close from window seal to window seal to eliminate all morning light. Great location with lots of places to eat close by.
