We have used this hotel for many years when we come to visit family in the area. The bathroom was not clean. A drip from the faucet in the tub could be heard throughout the night. Not the same quality of stay that we have experienced in the past.

It’s like walking into a prison instead of a nice hotel. The hallways near the elevator smell like oil. The closet next to the elevator has no doorknob-why? That’s not child safe! The doors look like they are more than heavy duty-not a luxury hotel. I made the mistake of booking there twice and it’s disgraceful that Hampton would have their name on it.

Foyer was the only best part. The rest was not kept up. Hallway, room, etc. my remote didn’t work, had trouble calling desk because phone wasn’t working well. Could see shoe prints on floors, a screw was on bathroom floor, I went to wash hands…faucet sip several times then dirty water came out. I didn’t shower! Would not recommend.

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Beds are comfy. However, this property is in poor condition. In the bathroom the wood stand for the sink was peeling paint all over, tub had stains. The walls in the hallway and the doors were dirty and paint peeling. Chairs in the breakfast area were ripped with exposed stuffing. Signs stated hotel was undergoing renovations,but didn’t see any.

The hotel is dated but it was inexpensive. Had to keep the bathroom door shut and the AC running to drown out the tub faucet drip. Apparently it has been dripping for atleast a year from the looks of the tub. Guess they don’t care.

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Old, dated, dirty smudges on the walls and doors. Chipped paint. They are renovating it, but probably should have done that 5 years ago.

I had to move my room because the tub bottom was dirty. The carpets multiple stains and rust noted on several items in bathroom. The worst was the vent in the 2nd bathroom, it was so dirty and black. This is not the 1st hotel I’ve seen this sort of thing. Obviously this does not seem important. But to a person who has worked in quality review I see things others do not. The bed was very hard, on a positive note, the manager Kitsie was very nice. I did not have s chance to speak with her about these other issues though. I would stay there again due to its convenience. I did read it is in process of remodeling and sure hope they put better, restful beds in there 😊
