Nice property good stay just had a bad experience with the valet parking

Convenient location, reasonable price, good reviews

Carpet was disgusting in room 509. Costs 20 $ to park a day..

Awesome hotel, wonderful staff. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The Galleria is accessible through the main lobby.

Very nice hotel, attached to a very nice mall, breakfast buffet is one of the best

Ok the parking thing was a mess. The card didn’t work. Nothing warned us that a pickup truck was trouble. Staff at checking were not too friendly like they were doing us a favor

Being located inside the Galleria mall, I'm sure their parking situation is a constant struggle. As a guest, the process is slightly cumbersome and inconvenient, but I certainly don't have a better solution. You get a parking card to get in-n-out during your stay, then have to pay at a machine/kiosk located inside the hotel to get your voucher to be able to exit the parking lot. Again, I wouldn't know how to better this and it's not a huge deal, just slightly inconvenient as compared to the norm. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff are professional and helpful - I would not let the parking situation deter me from staying here next time I want to stay in this area.

Very nice hotel and pleasant surprise it was attached to a mall. Be prepared to pay for parking though self or valet. We chose Valet and it was pretty quick. Lots of shopping and dinning in the area

Very nice hotel with a lot of amenities the only thing were towels not enough and really small.

It was so nice and comfortable I stayed an extra night

One of the nicest places I have stayed in. The staff was helpful and the rooms were top notch. Classy and clean. That being said, Orbitz said it was pet friendly. But no matter what, it’s a $100 just for my dog to stay here and we were told not to leave her alone in the room. This place is not pet friendly, more like pet tolerable with an extra fee and rules. We won’t stay here again.

Always an experience! I love that is attached to a very nice Mall.

Nice hotel...would recommend the location with the attached shopping mall.

We never got to stay st this hotel! The hotel did not have our room ready at 4:00 for checkin, nor was it ready st 5:00, 6:00 or 7:00 pm. We were so tired from a very long day, we cancelled and drove all the way home!!

I loved it! Great exercise room. I loved being close to the Galleria Mall and other shopping sites Great restaurants close by Lots of shopping options

Check in was fast and very friendly, lobby was clean and very well kept. Only down side was I had to pay 12 dollars to park my own car, but parking was very easy and close to entrance. I didn't mind.

Great place as you would expect. Covienent access to a really large mall.
