The room was clean, but worn. The bed an furniture not the most comfortable. Overall ok. I would stay again.
it was nice to be in the beach on spring break with my kids and with my friend. The location of the condo is just perfect! very inconvenient!
The codo is kept clean and units all face the ocean. However, to my surprise upon arriving i was socked with a $165.00 bill for departure cleaning, parking, and processing fee plus sales tax. this was unexpected and would have been figured into my accommodation choices had i know. they say it should have been listed on the travel website. On their website, they also advertise free parking. I will complain, but do not expect any resolution. they already got my money.
My 3 year old grandson had his first beach vacation and it could not have been any better. That was my 2nd time to stay at Sunswept and I plan on staying there again and bring a friend who hasn't been to Orange Beach. Thank you so much. Grateful customer.
The hotel stay was good. The shower pressure was a little unsatisfactory, the water did not get very hot but it was tolerable. The cleaning fee was a bit steep, especially since we had to take out our own trash and unmake our beds before we left. Love that we had beach side view, all rooms do, so that's a plus. Great location, close to Live Bait, which is one of my favorite night time spots and right across the street from the grocery and liquor store, so loved that. It was a cute condo, simple. Pretty good for a weekend stay.
The room was well kept and very clean. The view of the gulf was wonderful. If I needed anything the staff was there and when the office was closed there was a number to reach someone if something happened. You are pretty much are on your own and no one really disturbed. so it was a ver relaxing stay.
