CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Family Vacation

The condo had everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the living area was very spacious for our family of 9. We so much enjoyed the balcony watching the sun rise and set.

Amazing view! Great place for families!

We had a wonderful experience! Great location. Very clean. Amazing view, with direct beach access. Our kids enjoyed the slide with the lazy river! Publix is right up the road, and convenient to local restaurants. The only thing not included in the description was a parking fee. However, there was a 24 hour number to text before and while we were there to help with any questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend!
