There were bugs on the window seal of my room, coming through the cracks and just dying. The bathroom had lots of short hairs all over the floor. The jacuzzi was out of order, and the food at IHOP and Applebee’s was terrible. The customer service was terrible too. There was always a 10-15 minute wait, even though there were plenty of tables to be seated at. Meanwhile, the restaurant workers were sitting behind a wall, relaxing or joking around the entire time.

Our room had multiple boogers stuck to the walls in the living room and bathroom areas. The pullout couch sheets had looked they weren't changed since the last use and there was a "fluid" stain on the sheets. Not to mention the chip crumbs and take out container under / in the pullout couch. All of this was noticed within 10 mins of being in our room. I was not about to let my daughter and her friend sleep on that. We left and got a different hotel.
