The breakfast was OK, but they were out of orange juice 4 days in a row. However, my room smelled of cat litter, even though I was told no cats are allowed in guest room. I found pieces of sausage and cat food and crumbs under the bed skirts. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they took 2 days to clean it. The bathroom was also dirty, with soap scum on the faucet and part of a razor under the sink. Also, the fitness center has poorly maintained machines and each day there was only one towel. I travel to Waukesha several times a year, and I will never stay at this hotel again. The assistant manager tried reaching the general manager/owner several times and said he was unreachable.

Summer travel and since this hotel is very close to the freeway, there are quite a few workers staying over which is great for having the pool to myself for doing laps. It also has an airport very near so planes to pass overhead fairly close but other than the environment that the hotel cannot control, the stay was relaxing and breakfast had several nice options.

Hotel is old. Smell cigarette is hallway . Beds are small twins. WiFi not working ! No room cleaning !!!! Breakfast no coffee! And lots of mud on the floor What a dump.

The property was clean. We stayed for 3 days, really just need a place to sleep as we had plans all day every day. We would’ve loved coffee or to even see what was available for breakfast, however, there was a group of about 25 or more that was in that area any time we came in or out. Breakfast time, afternoon and in the evening they had the area for a party. Overall it accommodated us for what we needed. A place to sleep for 3 days. Our in room safe did not work. The showers appeared to be normal but when you stepped in the tub was very high. Big step down to get out.

Very clean and up to date, staff helpfull, pool was great! Breakfast could have been better hot dishes were cold, coffee was excellent and facility clean. Overall is a 9.5 out of 12! Would stay again.
