The hotel itself was fine, but I dont think it is being managed correctly. Our first night there we did not sleep as there was a big fight outside and when I complained about the police coming and feeling unsafe, they said it was just some kids messing around. The next night the power went out in our room and they instructed me to fix it by flipping the fuse switch myself. The food was terrible, the pool freezing. Will not stay again.

There was only one person on duty to man the desk and man the breakfast area. Which was a bad thing since there was 2 large groups of people that ate everything before 6am.

Had to wait an extended time just to be checked in. Our room had no shampoo and the shower was not draining properly. Breakfast was nothing. Staff allowed individuals to act belligerently and drink alcohol in the pool area so we could not enjoy it.

We were only there one night.. the room smelled clean when we checked in. There was a pair of dirty socks under a chair by the desk, which is a red flag. Breakfast food was cold at 7:30 am, but was able to warm up in microwave.

Booked 8 nights, but left early after 6 nights. The property is not pet friendly. I kept my dog first 2 days at my friends house. They still charged me $160 pet fee($20 per night) , but, my dog only stayed there for 4 nights. They won't let your dog settle and keep complaining. The women at front desk is grumpy. Their website says that daily house keeping, but house keeping is on alternate days. You still have to follow up for house keeping. The front desk women was telling the staff not to clean the room. The room smells bad. Looks like whoever stayed there before smoked. The hotel said, they would not charge for last 2 days. If that is the case, Expedia should refund for 2 nights stay and 4 days dog fee ($80). I would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience.
