Got to the room and the temp was 77. AC was set at 65. One hour later the temp was still 77. Front manager stated there was nothing they could do until the morning. This was unacceptable so we left and was promised a refund. So far have not seen the refund.
Front desk was extremely rude Ac went out, no maintenance on property. Awful
Loved our room the modern furniture and the large bathroom was the icing on the cake specially when traveling with kids
The building is nice. Rooms are nice and clean. Seems weird, but it was clean. Shower is amazing. Great water pressure and hot water. The staff on the other hand….
