I usually do not bother to write a review, but will take the time after this stay. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever endured, nearly 10 minutes. During check in I was told my request for a 2nd floor pond side room was not a possibility. I was also told my AARP card could not be used, but that “it wasn’t a big deal anyway because it would really only save me a dollar or 2.” The room was fairly clean, but there was visible mold on the grab bar in the bathtub. This will not be my choice the next time I need a motel in the Kenosha area.

I loved the stay. Mainly the large parking space made it easy to park. Plus, the hotel’s location is conveniently close to highway I-20, making commuting a breeze. The pond view from my room was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

I discovered a wonderful pet area at the backside of the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a great feature for pet owners, providing a clean and convenient space for pets to enjoy. Highly recommend Clarion Pointe for a clean and pet-friendly stay!

Great hotel
We have zero complaints about our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The building was quiet. The manager even called about 15 minutes after check in to make sure we were satisfied with the room. We did not go down for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. We'd definitely stay here again.

Expedia & the hotel canceled my reservation while I was en route to the hotel. I received a call from the hotel while driving and confirmed my reservation. Upon arrival at after 10pm and a 7 hour drive I was informed my reservation was canceled and no rooms were available. The manager did nothing to attempt to make the situation better. I’ve didn’t offer to help me find another hotel. I was told I should have communicated better with Expedia and there was nothing they could do. After driving to another hotel (Hilton Suites), which didn’t have availability- their kind staff offered other options for hotels in the area. After 8 phone calls and searching for other options I was finally able to find a room at The Comfort Inn. I explained my situation and they even offered a discounted rate.

I had a quick overnight trip at the Clarion Pointe Hotel in Racine. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The beds and pillows were fluffy and comfortable. I enjoyed the lobby's ambiance, which had plenty of seating for gathering.
