The hotel was pet friendly, check-in was easy, and hotel appeared faurly clean. My fitted sheet was old and the elastic wasn’t working, so it kept coming off my bed, which made me find out that was a lot of junk between my mattress and mattress cover-it mostly looked like coffee grounds? The mattress cover was also weirdly lumpy and kept falling off.

We booked the hotel since a pack and play is offered. We got to the hotel and checked and asked for the pack and play. My husband was told there wasn’t one available as there was only one in the hotel and it was in use. After hearing this I questioned the clerk on how a hotel that size only has one. Not long after one was magically found. There was also a party going on in the hall that woke our family up multiple times due to the drunken loudness and behavior so we ended up calling the front desk.
