Pool area was filthy. The chairs were moldy. The tables were dirty. The coping on the lazy river was cracked and broken off in numerous places. The deck was moldy. The wash areas from the beach were broken.

Very clean place, bathroom in good order, no mold around tub, etc.... Room smelled clean and not like it had just been deodorized. Balcony clean, chairs in good order, not afraid to sit in them. The killer for us was the beds. Mattresses were horrible, felt like they had been there since place opened. No support. And they were noisy. How is a mattress noisy? Like wake your partner up noisy....Left a day early so we could come home and sleep well and not need to go to chiropractor.

The staff was very friendly. We asked for a different a room and they gladly agreed. Now I have to say the bed we slept in felt like it needed to be replaced. It has a big dip in the middle and very worn. Everything else was very nice. Also highly recommend Hoskins restaurant. Very delicious and clean
