It was an average hotel. The first impression is a clean bathroom. The bathroom sink had stains and it wasn't tidy. Also, there is a note in there about stained towels being charged and they offer makeup wipes. Alas, I did not see those makeup wipes at all. I welcome the fact of suing those new toiletries with fixture to the wall, minimum you would be expect it to be full, it was 1/4 left empty. I didn't care to inform the guest service, our stay was just for a night to move in/out daughter. Based on my stay, I might not recommend this hotel.

The only thing I have issues was the notice if the towels wold become dirty it would be an exrtra charge and the shower overspilled into the bathroom floor. Other than that good stay.

This brand of hotels see into green agenda they don’t give you more towels don’t change them bcs they are greenish place, def I wouldn’t stay there, breakfast was not fresh, sheets were dirty, well I bet bcs they say after 3 days they can replace something crazy, I would never use this kind of hotel again.

I have been to a lot of hotels that have breakfast included. This hotel has one of the best! A lot of choices, and really good coffee. Dedicated staff for the breakfast area. They were very diligent in keeping food and beverages fresh and available, and keeping the area clean. Impressive!

front staff needs better training

Front desk needs better training. While not a glamorous role, image does matter. On day I left, it was obvious the individual did not want to be there. In addition, cars were parked/unattended so no one could come around to the front door in the roundabout. I told them about it and I'll bet a nickel nothing was done....they barely stretched their neck to look. Other than that, was an excellent experience.

A pretty good stay for a family

Room check-in was seamless. We did request connecting rooms but got rooms across from each other instead. Not a bad alternative. The rooms were comfortable, bed was comfortable but sheets felt strangely plasticky. Toiletries were from Dove and were cucumber-scented — some people might like that. Breakfast was OK with good selections. Coffee and tea were good in the lobby. Construction was outside and they started around 7 am, which was a bit early for us.

Nice enough

Hard bed but nice room overall, with good furnishings, and a somewhat quiet location other than the construction next door. The space overall is a bit worn and cramped (at least our room, a king room) but the updates make the most of the structure. Hospitality service, sadly, knocked on our door at 9:45 and then at 11:00 even though checkout was clearly posted for noon. Not a huge deal but quite confusing, since there's a text link for " checkout" when you leave the room. *Shrug*
