The layout of the room was horrendous. With 2 people there was no room to navigate. Too big of furniture for size of room. No kleenex upon arrival. Refrigerator made noise all night. Check in person was grouchy, overwhelmed. Apparently she had to cgeck everyone out and prepare to check people in. Breakfaat food just luke warm. Will not stay in Wyndham hotels again.

It is a quiet spot in a very busy area of town. There could be more parking but there's not much they can do about that.

Property was fine breakfast was really good. Front staff short kind of rude, probably won’t stay there again.

Only reason it was a 4 instead of a 5 was the shady things happening in the side parking lot, nightly. We parked on the side for easier access with our dogs.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. Room was kind of small and had some problems with air conditioner, and furniture had cracks, but beds were very comfortable. Area was nice because Mall and different groceries stores were close.

Clerk that checked me in seemed surprised that I had a reservation but she was more concerned about taking my deposit information rather than making sure I was who I said I was. Towels in room were dingy, band-aids by the hot tub and little bugs on night stand. I couldn't help but feel disappointed.

This was my 2nd stay in 2 weeks and the first stay was decent enough I that I came back. The biggest issue with the condition of the room was that the A/C would turn off for LONG periods of time, probably due to the compressor freezing. So the room was roasting all night. I did not bother to notify the staff, as I did not want to mess with changing rooms. The other issues with amenities were not the fault of the hotel, in that it was related to COVID-19, but the free, hot breakfast, which was the reason I picked this hotel in the first place was not being offered, which was a significant value for the stay, as I had to feed my party instead.

Nice breafast. Good exercise room. Decent complimentary happy hour.

The hotel overall was fine. My issue was with our room having tortilla chips on the desk in a significant amount...meaning there’s no way they should’ve been missed when cleaning. And there was no toilet paper or washcloths in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, I was told no one could bring me any toilet paper because the front desk worker was all alone, so I could go down and get it. He also said they were out of washcloths.

Property was convenient. Maid service was not acceptable - lack of towels.

Wonderful stay... have returned for 3 years. Nice comfy sitting area in lobby. We can stitch, read, watch tv, play cards, or just have a snack. Should offer shuttle to Quilt Expo and get together for quilters.

The location was excellent and the facilities were clean.

Thank you for leaving some feedback, we do take your personal security very seriously, we ask for a credit or debit card with an ID that matches the card, we do regular cleaning in public areas, we will have to be more careful, and we take care of the bug issue right away. we hope to get a better rating next time you stay with us. Hello Mike, I know that these few days is been very hot and humid, I know a room with a deficient a/c is a big issue, and we are always trying to see all the mechanical issues right away, unfortunately with Covid-19 the breakfast is not possible at this time we are offering some breakfast bags at the front desk for the guest as is not the same as Hot breakfast buffet, it is an option for everyone, we hope this health issue can be resolved soon so we can resume our normal activities.
