We stayed at this location on Dec 22nd as well as the 29th during our holiday travels. We noticed the facility seems a bit run down. Ice machines out of order, carpets in disrepair, etc. the rooms are clean but FREEZING upon entry. We turn the heat to 80 for multiple hours to get it comfortable enough to sleep, only to wake up overnight to adjust it back down to the 70s. I understand saving resources by not preheating rooms but man, 65 is cold! Staff is lovely. No complaints there.
My room has a sewer smell also has blue painters tape on the floor as a threshold tile to carpet
After making reservation an emergency came up I had to cancel I called and they didnt even have a room assigned yet and they would not refund. I am going to report them to BBB and credit card company.
