I blame Orbitz on this very bad experience. They should have a filter on what they offer. We users trust the plataform and expect to be protected by them. If not by the hotel staff, this would have been a disaster. I did contact Orbitz and it just got worse. Hotel staff were amazing and not in their hands. Hotel condition wouldn’t even pass inspection. How is Orbitz allowing it on its plataform? And why doesn’t it protect its users by something like this.

Didn't get wifi at all or even told the password at check in. Bed was hard as a rock. No breakfast at all. Wasn't even told about a $47.00 deposit at check in. Found that out when there was money missing off my card. Was told it would be back on my card in 3-5 days. Already been 4 days so hopefully I get it back. Hallways smelled really bad. Wouldn't stay here again.
I don’t like the hotel room it was dirty and has cockroaches. The first room I was in I see a cockroach I asked Front Desk to switch me to different room.the next day change room to king room because it was cheap the double room and saw 2 cockroaches in the room
Everything was ok.Big room, clean and good breakfast, I stayed only one night, so fit my needs perfectly. I recommend this hotel.
Breakfast is really sparse. It should be called a light continental rather than breakfast. Very misleading.
Good service. Nice personel. Quite and peaceful. For the price payed it was very good.
I asked for a first floor room and was granted my request. It was quiet on the floor which I like.

There are always several hotels/motels to choose from. I always feel confident in a good experience when I book a room at this place. Everything was neat and clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast is good and is offered at a convenient time.
our top preference for our weekend visits to Madison. Never a doubt about finding other activities nearby.
When we entered the lobby, during a very NON-BUSY time, we needed to ring the bell 4 times over a span of about 15 minutes before anyone came to the desk. Two employees walked by, but no one acknowledged us. Then while checking-in charged more than the online price I reserved. We were directed to a room and all the rooms down that hallway, INCLUDING ours, where not made up; beds were unmade, garbage in rooms, dirty cups on dresser etc. No smoking w/in 25 feet of door NOT enforced!!!!! There were bags of garbage sitting outside by the walkway that looked like they were just tossed over the railing. No coffee at the breakfast bar; had to ask for it to me made.
check-in went well. Room seemed to be much improved, even above what we had on our last stay here. Also, the breakfast was good the next morning. I would definitely suggest this hotel to a friend.
I haven't ever stayed in a worse hotel off Orbitz. The floor was slippery with grease. There was also a safety hazard with the window. My 3 year old could of fallen out. It was broken with a broken screen. This hotel is also an obvious prostitution ring. There was spoiled milk or vomit on the side of the bed. Two lightbulbs didn't work, and when I asked the staff for them, she told me to try and plug the light back in again. That did not work. I would have rather camped without a tent. I felt dirty leaving that place. The bathroom was unsanitary. I have stayed in a lot of oddball places, but this was by far the most disgusting hotel to date. There were shattered windows everywhere. And to put the cherry on top, a drunk driver ran into the Hilton sign across the street. Did I mention we had to pay $130 for this place? It was late at night and I had already booked this place through my Orbitz app and couldn't cancel. I have pictures to prove that I am not joking around.
