The hotel was clean, breakfast was nice and the pool area was one of the nicest we have seen, especially for the reasonable price we paid.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly. We had a lovely stay for Mothers Day weekend.
I liked that we were able to bring our dog with to the hotel. The hotel's amenities were basic, but did include breakfast with the stay which was nice.

I was able to hear movies being watched by neighbors in the hotel. I can understand wanting to keep visitors grouped to make it easier on housekeeping staff, but a room between would ensure quiet. The only reason I did not ask to be moved was because it would have been too great an effort at the time (late in the evening). The shower was not clean. And the toilet did not flush properly. I do not know why this would be but the heating / cooling device was supported by a make-shift stand on the floor. When checking out no one asked how my stay was. I would have shared my experience, but did not feel like the comments would have meant much to the desk staff.
Rooms needed updating. Ours had a musty smell.
Bed were very comfortable Pool was clean, breakfast was good
Replace linens every three days but there aren’t enough towel rods to hang towels to dry. At check in they made a copy of my credit card. It wasn’t clear so they wrote my name and cc number on the paper. Not very secure! Like that there are tea bags in the room
Registering was a little arogant. She seemed a bit hardened... Pool was nice temp. Our room smelled musty/stuffy.
Most of the stay was fine. There was a front desk clerk who was out of control -- verbally angry over the credit card machine. She even called our room, asked for me and asked me if I had an Ibuprofen for her. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Also the floor of the bathroom was not cleaned between days and we were there for 5 nights. Otherwise, the room was comfortable, breakfast was good, location was perfect and the pool was fun. The other staff members we met were very friendly.
The staff were brutal when it came to trying to alter my reservation. When I left the counter the staff member also was overly loud when talking about me and my predicament while speaking with another customer. Very unprofessional.
It was close to the lake and Port Washington with a great price.
We were here for a funeral. The customer service wad great. We had 5 rooms with no complaints. The pool area is fabulous with nice towels. It's open until midnight which is really nice.
Very comfy and great area! Breakfast a plus and pool!
Enjoyed the mini stay with our children. Really like the new look of this hotel.
