It was clean and comfortable. The squeaky floors and bed were a little more than we needed. The overly scented sheets and towels were more than we are used to. The location is great for in town activities. We parked on Mill St. with no issues for the 3 days.

Very quaint guest house located on the main shopping and eating district of an "1800's" downtown. Within 4-5 blocks of museums, restaurants, antiques, dessert, pubs, and boutiques. What more could you want for a relaxing mid-week stay. "West Room" was very nice with fireplace and whirlpool tub making it cozy. In room Kurig, fridge and microwave a plus. Not accustomed to no in-room thermostat and shower controls, but quick response from owner remedied both. All in all a wonderful stay. Will plan to come again. Ed and Dawn.

Excellent communication with the property owner, who was not on site. Very responsive. Not the best property for someone with mobility issues. Tight staircase and small shower in the upstairs room. That said, it’s a very charming old property walking distance to everything in town. Easy street parking. Super clean and some interesting reading materials about local history.
