Our room was perfect! The bed so soft! Nice appointments. Shower was huge. Plenty of coffee!! Very secure. The suites had fire places which probably make a fall visit even more perfect! Kudos to our innkeepers!

Loved the waterfront location and view. TV cable wasn’t working, and owner could not resolve. Room was very dusty, but otherwise very clean. Room was very noisy, for example, heard the crying baby next door.
Love the view overlooking Lake Superior!! The shape of the hotel is super cool . Also nice gift shop and cafe and bar .

It is as not a traditional hotel or motel it was like a home away from home with a better view!
The location is excellent on the lake and the room is spacious and lovely, clean and has a great view. We had a mistake at check in and the keys were not available when we arrived. It was remedied within 20 minutes. The management offered a free breakfast to compensate.
Great "on the lake" location with an on site restaurant. We only got coffee at the restaurant, but having a restaurant downstairs is very convenient. The outdoor outfitter shop doubles as a front desk, and they will also rent you a kayak or bike, which is handy if you're interested in convenient outdoor activities. We rent the Captain's Quarters, which has a vaulted ceiling with many windows, comfortable king size bed, and an awesome shower. There is some road noise because you're next to Hwy 2, and there is Dish Network TV, but no DVD player
What a beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the lake! This is one of the nicest hotel rooms that I’ve ever stayed in. Hoping to come back in the near future :)

We are sorry your stay wasn't amazing. If you choose to stay again we would suggest booking room 2, 3, or 4 if you would prefer a larger, quieter room.
