There was 1 person checking in everyone at check in time (4pm) so it took about 30-40 minutes. Our room was nice, but the dishwasher didnt work and our bathroom sink drain was slow to drain. When we went down to the pool it was bad luck and timing and the toddler pool was closed. By the next morning it was back open, but the pool opens at 9 and checkout is at 11. We decided to go bowling and visit the arcade instead. That was lots of fun. Overall, we would return for more fun.

Great trip overall. The rooms were perfect and the staff was outstanding friendly, helpful, and attentive. The only downside was that the resort felt crowded at times and there weren’t enough pool floats. Still a very enjoyable stay and we’d return.

Despite the fact that hotel. Com did not state that the condo did not have an oven!! Very upsetting. The staff was very accommodating each time we asked for items that were missing from the room. We had to ask for silverware, bowls/dishes and dishwashing soap. We didn’t realize the offered hand soap and lotion for the bathrooms until we saw it on a the cart then asked to have some.

Nice time, we came with two 12-year-olds and 2 14-year-olds. They liked the arcade, the mini bowling, and the water park. We have been coming here since they were younger and always enjoyed our stay. This time, it was good, but we had a couple bumps. Our room was not ready when we got there. We were informed the room was ready but a supervisor needed to check it before we got in. OK, not a big deal. We get in the room and it smelled amazing, you could tell it was just cleaned. Had to call down to the front desk, there was no actual blanket on any of the beds, we were in the two bedroom. They only had sheets. They also only had half a roll of paper towels and three forks. Front desk brought it all up. It seems like the supplies were much less than when we were even there a couple years ago. There was only one pan, the soap bottle was half empty, no extra paper towels, no cleaning supplies, last time we stayed, there was extra soap, extra sponges, and a spray bottle of multipurpose cleaner. There was also extra paper towels and multiple cookware items, however, this time, there was not. We also had a little issue at the Water Park. We went in and they were checking bags. We’re fine with that, we had reusable water bottles and then extra plastic bottles of water to fill them back up with which we were told was allowed. However, the girl working that day said we were not allowed to bring in flavored water. Had to go back up to the fourth floor to bring it to our room.
