Everything was excellent except the bed was too hard!!

Clean room with beautiful golf course view. Didn't interact with staff much at all, but that was fine with us!

My only complaint is that the heater was broken and they had to fix it twice but the repairman was really nice everything else was in working order

Great location. But Took forever to check in because only one person at the counter- on a Friday night. Also room was dirty- the remote and phone both had orange cheeto on them. Bathroom ceiling also had mold on it.

Our room had all the amenities we liked and the view was nice. The mattress could have been more comfortable. I was there with my husband for a couples getaway. We were looking forward to the Hot Springs as it is advertised as year round and depending on weather. It was not super cold so we thought it would be open. I guess 20 degrees is too cold for Wisconsin weather in January.

A few highlights of our stay, not a great experience aside from the chop house. - Friday around 9pm we tried to call the Kilbourn City Grill to place a carryout order. When we called it rang and rang and then somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung it up again. Classy. - Guests of the hotel get one tiny towel when entering the water park. Bring your own, they're strict about this. - No rules are enforced in the water park. Kids shove adults out of the way in the lazy river in front of life guards. Adults stand around in the lazy river for no reason. Kids that are 3-4 are in the hot tub. When the water park manager asked the parents of the little kids to get them out, they were all suddenly over 6 years old and the manager didn't argue or care. - There were roaches in the water park, gross. The staff did try to catch them to their credit and bugs do like warm wet places but still it's gross. - I'm 27 and did get scolded by a 15 year old lifeguard for 10 minutes for going down a slide before he gave me permission. There wasn't anybody on the slide in front of me but apparently I stepped in his domain. I love being lectured by teenagers as an adult when I spend $400 on a room and $200 at the steakhouse plus other meals. - Kominski's Chop House is amazing. Amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing food, huge portions. It is expensive but you get what you pay for. The rest of the resort was mediocre but if we come back it'll be because of the Chop House.

On six occasions we were denied access to things about our stay because we "booked through a third party". It got so very old and was very discouraging.

The staff was nice and friendly and the rooms were larger. However, the rooms were very very old. One of our rooms had some noise that would not stop and people were unable to sleep. The elevator had a line every time. The water park was packed.

KG restaurant ok. Outdoor waterpark old and dirty. Room was musty dusty and old. Wholes in sheets. Electrical outlets loose. Carpet old.

We enjoyed are stay. Nice comfortable stay. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Great room and fun water park. Only issue was getting the room cleaned. Was told they would return twice and they didn't, but as soon as I said something at the front desk they cleaned it right away. Overall great place to stay would definitely return.

Great !!! Experience for All My Family , good roomd

The grounds are gorgeous with woods and the Wisconsin river. It's a wonderful place to get away to and the rooms are very cozy and nice.

Room toilet was on its last leg.... Tampon floating in the lazy river....can't check in early or out late....experience was just unpleasant over all....

The staff were capable and friendly, and the facilities were clean, but there seemed a little let down because it was off season. Still, a great stay.

It was the best hotel wee had staid at in the dells . Me and the family love it. Also everithing was so convinuent restaurants, and wather park location.

I arrived with my kids for 4 days of fun and this hotel definitely has nice amenities and get ready to pay for them. We stay at the Golf Villas and when we arrived the room was dirty with bugs. I immediately called the hotel staff and they came and removed spiders and looked around and didn't do much else. The sheets were never changed and I know this because the same hole in one of the bed sheets was there every day. I can also say their cleaning is somewhat lack luster. Other than the room, the amenities are pretty nice. I'd avoid the steakhouse as it's way overpriced and definitely not all it's cracked up to be. Both waterparks are nice and the main restaurant is also worth trying for the breakfast buffet and pizza. If you like adventures, try the Zipline tour on the property but save some energy before you go because it's definitely harder than it looks but amazing!

Bathroom smelled very bad. We could hear the people in the next room. We could also hear everything from the next bathroom.

great time with friends. Didn't use the waterpark, but looked very nice. A little farther from downtown dells, but still great.

Hotel is located just north of Wisconsin Dells downtown. Has all the amenities including 5 restaurants, golf courts, indoor water parks and many more. Enjoyed my stay with my family. Would recommend to a friend.
