The water park and the rooms were very clean.

Checkin us at 4pm. Told at checkin that waterpark closes at 7pm and isny open tomorrow. This is not posted on the hotel website, which i had checked prior to booking. It is obly at the waterpark website, so it is very much a wasted trip to a waterpark.

The waterpark and amenities are great. Property itself is beautiful but they really need to spend some money and update. The rooms were awful and dirty. The gym was disgusting! We pulled out the pull out coach and it had something all over it so we couldn’t sleep on it!

This was our first time going there my family and I had a great time the only thing was the indoor water park closed to early for the price you pay to stay there and I think the breakfast should be included in your stay again for the price you pay to stay there otherwise we had a funtastic time staff was very friendly and got us our extra blankets and pillows right away when asked we will probably return again in the near feature.

The price is too high, the water park is too small for the price.

Chula is a very nice destination, I’ve stayed there many times. Disappointed by the pricing, I went to upgrade our room after checking in and being very disappointed with our first room. On our upgrade they refused to match orbits online pricing and when I called back after checking out they refused again. I paid nearly $1000 for a room I could’ve gotten they orbitz for $625, this will be my last chula stay.

Loved our condo. Very spacious and clean, with the necessities stocked. The wave pool out side of our room was broke and that was why we chose our room in the location that we did, so that was disappointing. Staff was great at every turn, it has the perfect amount of water activities for a day with preteens. By the wave pool there is a poolside bar and outside restaurant which is a great place for adults to hang out and for families to get a nice meal. I would recommend this to families.

The unit was listed as eight people with a kitchenette however the unit was very small uncomfortable with one bathroom and a table of two. The lighting in the room was poor as some of the lamps and light fixtures were not working.

Book through orbitz for Dec28-30 stay. Booked a loft room without realizing that those rooms were not connected to the rest of the facility. When checking in, I realized that I made this mistake and asked for similar room that we could walk to water park versus driving. Their comment was “you should always book with the resort and never online with them (orbitz).” They made it seem like they didn’t have anything available, and then finally “found” us a room that was the same rate as the loft. While we appreciated the effort, this room was not a $400/night room. (Room 3019). It was large and the floors were in decent shape, but that is where it ends. The cupboards in the kitchenette wouldn’t close, and the laminate on the countertop was either broken or missing. The heating in the room was not properly calibrated so it was either 80degrees or 60 degrees. The pillows were throw pillows covered in queen sized pillow cases. The blankets on the bed were too light. The shower had what looked to be black mold growing in the corners. Waited almost an hour for my starbucks drink order. Food at restaurant was mediocre, although service there was great. Water park was fun, but the lifeguards were very hands off- I had to help a couple of little kids who were struggling.

Booked for a premium, was provided a standard room. Nothing else to like

This resort was great! Easy to get around especially in the cold weather. Also great food. Beds were a little too firm for my liking but that's the only complaint I have.

We paid a lot of money for the 2 bedroom condo. The room was rundown. The couch and chair were broken. The king bed was incredibly uncomfortable. I will not stay here again.
