Great location and property but the restaurant and bar and water park were closed.

Lock was broke on the bathroom door. The dresser drawers would just randomly open for no reason.

Check in time was 4:00 but we were not able to check in until at least 5:30, which is 6:30 my time. We got in early to go to the waterpark and was told we should be able to get in between 3 and 4. Kids were hungry and tired from being at the waterpark and all we wanted was to go to our room eat and let the kids rest.

Fantastic, my kids loved it. the only not great thing was room 302 has a not so great entry door handle.

We couldn't check in early that was apparent. Don't try. We're were able to access the pool though. The line for the front desk is honestly ridiculous there were people sitting in a chair. My boyfriend was sick sleeping in line and we had to wait for our room. They give poor directions not only was I lost but I was learning about locker rooms with personal showers but the woman nor I could find where. It claims to have continental breakfast and that too is a expensive bad advertising should have never gotten out of bed. The bathrooms are unexpectedly lower standards of class but the cig burns were ok. The pool bar and game room are cool but the pool is not a pool. It's a lazy river a play shack a baby pool and a small pool where basketballs are flying at your head. My sink was clogged and I was charged 30 at check in another surprise for accidents and hopefully because my sink came clogged i will get my money back still. Ahh thought it would have been more

Property was fun for kids. The front desk sent us to the wrong side of the hotel for our room, there was hair left in our bath tub from previous guests, and our sheets had holes in them.

Friendly staff. Waterpark was clean. Room was comfortable

Check in isn’t until 4pm which is pretty late. The lobby was crowded with people at that time. The food is not good. You’re better off ordering delivery. The breakfast is basically continental breakfast for $12.95. Wasn’t impressed. And the floor was filthy in the restaurant. We were the first customers in the morning and there were crumbs and chips under our table and chairs. Floor was greasy. Beverages and cereal were empty. Our room had dried food on the carpet which was disgusting. The positive was the waterpark. We really enjoyed it and it was perfect for us. The arcade was fun too even though some games eat tokens and the attendant was in the back of her phone most of the time even while there was a line at the counter.

Waterpark was fun for one night. Calendar said it would be open until 8pm so we left at 7:30. Found out the next morning they were open until 10pm. Would have been nice to know that. Rooms are backwards. Beds are right when you walk into the room. Barely a foot from the door when it swings open. Couch is down at the end by the window. Really should be switched around the help sleepers be away from the noisy hallways.

Great waterpark, kids loved it!! Statues and mounts were also need in the lobby

The waterpark was nice. My son loved it! Also, there is an atmosphere that speaks of a wilderness vacation.

our rooms were clean staff was friendly place was clean:}

I was disappointed alot that we booked for 2 nights and was told when we got here the pool would be open Tuesday afternoon. Then found out it would be open wed at 4. After we had to check out and head home. Was not notified when booking that the pool was closed. Not happy. Wasted a few hundred dollars on this trip. My daughter was so mad and cranky that she could not go swimming. Would not recommend staying here again

The decor is unique and excellent. The staff was very friendly and professional. The facility and room is very clean.
