Let me start off with I don't like staying at Hampton Inn's.... Except this one. Great Rooms, with excellent views. A staff that is incredibly friendly. Budget Friendly and great for kids. Really nice pool, minus the hot tub it could use. THE COLDEST ELEVATOR RIDE EVER!! ONE Issue... Breakfast Food is ready at 6:00 even though on one day, not one person came in to eat until 9:00 am. This area could really use some help in staging and timing.. not simply stuffing it full and letting it go until 10:00 on weekends. After the first day, we left the hotel for breakfast the remaining days... except for early morning coffee.

I've stayed at this property twice now and am still impressed. The property feels very new and clean. The rooms are a decent size and the beds are comfortable. I only wish they had a fan in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast is such a great deal. They have so many options and the items are constantly being replenished. It does get a bit busy in the dining room, so I usually choose to bring my breakfast upstairs. It is connected to the convention center- super convenient.

We picked the Hampton downtown location because of its proximity to the Aurora Bay Care Health Center. It was a great place to stay because it was new or updated, clean, reasonably priced and had comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was one of the better ones we've had where it is provided. We will definitely stay here again.

We frequently stay at Hampton properties, and this one did not disappoint. It was clean, beds were comfortable, nice to have free coffee and hot chocolate available all day (8 year old loved that!) Only downfall was the weather, with the wicked cold! Daughter loved the pool area, and it was great that there wasn't 20 rowdy kids in there screaming, just us! No hot tub though....only other negative was that the elevators took forever and were FREEZING.....Price was reasonable for sure, would likely stay there again.

Two women traveling alone felt very safe. We were in town for the Packer game. Free bus to from the stadium. Front desk helped us find food that would deliver on Christmas.. Favorite part was watching eagles fly out our 5th floor window.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown Green Bay for one night in November. The hotel itself was very nice and my room was very clean with two queen beds overlooking the river. However, upon checkin, I had asked for a room with a King to which the GM responded, "we don't do that on the Government rate." While I certainly respect a hotels policy, I was very disappointed. The hotel was practically empty, and I am a faithful Hilton guest who holds status with Hilton Honors. Having worked in the industry, service is incredibly important to me, and I feel like this hotel didn't live up to the service that I am accustom to receiving when I stay at other Hamptons or Hilton Hotels. I won't be returning.

This was our second stay here visiting family. The bed is comfortable and room clean and inviting. Breakfast is standard fare but readily available, hot, and served in a pleasant space. Will stay again when in GB!

This Hampton is a great value, especially for its location. While there we were hit with a significant snow storm and the staff was very accommodating in terms of extending my stay. Also, there are plenty of quality eateries within walking distance of the hotel. Would totally recommend this Hotel for a stay in Green Bay.

I often stay at Hampton Inn because of a consistently good experience. First time at this one but like the others, rooms are clean, staff efficient, exercise room functional, breakfast free and varied. HVAC was quiet as was the hotel in general and surrounding area. Nothing to complain about, and if you need stay downtown, this is a good choice and a good value. Parking was undercover, which was nice -- especially on a windy, rainy night.

Newer property in an excellent downtown location. Close to the revitalizing downtown area with plenty of restaurant offerings. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It is what you would expect from a Hampton. Nice.
