The room was great but the bed was horrible. Very broken down. Shower rod was about to fall out of the wall and the toilet did not flush great. Staff was amazing and the room was super clean. Used the jacuzzi tub and it was awesome!

Our room had a very very very strong, over powering actually, stink of cooked onions. We went to the desk and asked if they had a deodorizer to spray or spray in the room. We were told very harshly that they didn’t and the room was sprayed after it was cleaned…and that she, the front desk person had checked the room and did notice the smell…why would you put a guest in a room you know smell so awful. Unfortunately weren’t offered a different or an apology or anything other than her back as she walked away. We bought two different sprays on our owe and have sprayed multi…now at the end of our stay the smell is almost gone…no thanks to anyone connected with this property! Save your money and go to a hotel that actually cleans your room and cares about the comfort of their guests. The lobby is messy and unkept looking carpets needed vacuumed just a general neglect look

Nice facility

The lobby had a beautiful fireplace and nice sitting area which was in the picture online and why I booked there over the other hotels I looked at. However, I found it hard to sleep like there was not enough airflow in the room overnight making it feel stuffy. The pillow was too firm as well. Also a side note, the curtains were ugly and dated which made the room look not too appealing when I walked in. The pool area looked really nice which also drew me to the hotel, but unfortunately we got there later than we wanted to and were too tired to swim. Staff were friendly and courteous and hotel was clean.
