Location great. I was there two nights so was able to leave my car parked there while I walked to Anakeesta and spent the day there. Breakfast was good. Thankful there was a safe in my room. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. I enjoyed hearing the creek while falling asleep. The only negative is that the room sorely needs to be refurbished.

The location was amazing. The creekside balcony a plus we really enjoyed. The room did need some repairs, paint chips on wall and the overhang ceiling above balcony was water damaged. old carpet. However, The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable place

This is an beautiful place for visit with the family. Excellent option for a stay few days visiting the town. The river is great in the backyard. Very recommended

We loved our stay at Brookside Lodge!! We couldn’t stop calling it a hotel!! We had a blast and will be back soon for more fun here.. the view was stunning from the property. We had a 2 queen bed suite with Creekside views. The room was amazing. The creek was so peaceful. It felt like home and that is something that you don’t see in most places especially when traveling. We will for sure be back in the future staff was super friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. This was our first time in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and it won’t be our last. Im almost sad to come home we had so much fun here!!

We have stayed here several times like the location and the creek running behind the rooms. The best part though are the 2 ladys working the front desk when we have checked in the last two times. They are extremely helpful and very nice people even remembered us from our last stay. They do an excellent job so they both deserve 10 stars apiece. Thank both you very much keep up the great work !!!!!!!!

The facility was clean and quiet with amazing people. We loved that it was on the edge of town, so it was quiet. There was a trolley stop right at the hotel but was also walkable. The brook that ran along the balcony was beautiful.

The location was perfect. The problem was the mattress on the bed needed replacing. You would roll to the middle of the bed. There was no substance to this mattress. Also, the bed sheets were old and very thin.

Interesting hostel type room with three other ladies and one small bathroom and for lockers. Parking was difficult, but it was in Key West. Roosters are loud, one hour before sunrise.
