We did not end up using it but the lazy river and hot tub were unique amenities. The room was pretty clean. It was also a great price for how close it was to downtown Gatlinburg. It was about .5 miles to the parkway so we were able to walk rather than pay for parking. However, the property is not super well maintained. There were a lot of flies inside. The ice machines were dirty.

We stayed in the King Suite, with jetted tub. It was VERY nice. Definitely worth the $! Great location!

Awful. We booked a suite for 6 people, asked for extra pillows and blankets to accommodate the group size. The woman working the counter told us there was no more pillows or blankets and then tried to say she brought us sheets but no one answered the door..... we never left the room unoccupied. Thankfully Daniel came in after her and got us more blankets and pillows and was very nice and helpful. If I could rate him alone he would get 5 stars. The pull out mattress was so thin. There was no padding at all. The tub leaked and was nasty and grimy. The hot tub smelled heavily of mildew. I would not recommend this place at all.

The property is good for a quick visit. No frills. We felt safe. Breakfast was nice.

It was a good hotel for a reasonable price. The room was clean and well kept up during our stay.

Older hotel but nice for the price. We initially were in room on street side which was a bit noisy but then switched to room on other side which was quiet. Breakfast was decent.

Good value for one night stay. Easy check - in. Location good. Nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in room.

The staff didn't speak or understand English. The cops were there I will not recommend to anyone.

In town for family Christmas. Staff was very nice, at our motel and the location was great. While the room was clean, there was only one computer desk chair to sit in and the room seemed small for two people and our luggage. If we wanted to relax, we had to hop up on the beds. I will say that for the cheaper price that I paid for the room, I probably should have not expected more than I received. On my next trip, I would probably pay a little more for a more comfortable room.

I booked a jacuzzi room for a weekend getaway. When I got to the floor I was staying on, I was greeted to an awful odor when the elevator doors opened. It was so bad if I could've cancelled my room I would have. It only got better from here. A similar odor met me in my room. After turning on the ac unit, it went away somewhat. The next morning is when things got really interesting. The jacuzzi had soap scum inside the jets along with a waterline surrounding the tub from the previous users. The mirrors had fingerprints and dust on them. When using the shower, the shower head made an awful high pitched squealing that made you get out as soon as possible. While getting dressed, I noticed a lot of dust behind the tv. After seeing this, I want to see what else had been missed. The pictures above the bed had a thick coating of dust that rolled off when you ran your finger across the top. In between the tv stand and the dresser, someone previous had spilled something. When I turned on the lights in the morning, the light that was on the side of the wall had numerous bugs down in the fixture. Both the coke and ice machine were out of order, so you had to go to another floor to get these items if you wanted them. The lazy river water looked disgusting. If I had brought a bathing suit, it would have stayed in the bag.

Had a great time. Staff was excellent and attentive. Good location and very clean!

The hotel was nice, and conveniently located near Gatlinburg.

My sister and I decided to come up for the weekend and shop in nearby Pigeon Forge. We did not want to stay in Pigeon Forge due to heavy daytime traffic.So the location of this place was ideal. The hotel's cleanliness and staff were awesome. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless and breakfast was delicious!!! I will be staying here again.
