Front Desk do not allow early check in. Not a lot of parking. External facade of the building looks it needed some updating. Inside room smells muggy. You will wake up tired from uncomfortable spring bed. I enjoyed my waffle breakfast on the 2nd night and the place is 15 minute walk to downtown. Still quite far but better than looking for parking spot in a busy place. ok for a short visit, but I will upgrade my choices in the future for comfort.

My husband and I stayed at this property from January 12th through January 15th. When we first entered our suite, we were immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of vomit. Because we were exhausted from traveling, we decided to address it the next morning. The staff members were polite, but they seemed surprised when I explained the issue. They moved us to another room, which was an improvement, but still far from acceptable. The heating lamp in the bathroom didn’t work, and the hair dryer was also broken. I chose not to report these additional issues. On our last day, we attempted to use the hot tub in the pool area, only to find the water was cold—another disappointment. I booked this stay through Expedia, and when I called to report the problems, they contacted the hotel. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone blatantly denied everything. There are plenty of hotels in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area, and I strongly recommend choosing another option. Also, be cautious when booking through third‑party sites, as the listings don’t always reflect reality.

We had a great stay. The whole place was very clean. They had the room well stocked with everything we needed. Also a huge thank you for making sure a shower chair was in the room to accommodate our needs. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again and again.

All in all it was a bad stay for a really nice cleanliness could be addressed but not a major issue towels extra tiles and washcloths on demand would be good in a room that has a jacuzzi
