Great location!

We really enjoyed our first visit to Gatlinburg. The condo is in a great location with central access to the main part of downtown. This condo was well taken care of, the check in and check out instructions were clear and simple. Although a small detail to some, i appreciate that we weren't required to "clean" before leaving like so many other vacation rentals (although we still kept the rental tidy and did walk our own trash to the bear-proof dumpster. We were 4 days into our vacation by the time we got to gatlinburg, so we did take advantage of the onsite coin laundry. The laundry area is secure and clean and all washers and dryers were reasonably priced and functional. We would absolutely stay here again without hesistation.

Quiet Weekend in the Mountains

Had the opportunity to book for just a short weekend and experience the lovely town of Gatlingburg. It’s cozy, quiet, and affordable. My only grief is one of my own, I left my charger in the socket! Beyond that we had a blast and would come back when the time is right.

Good walking distance

We enjoyed the short walking distance to the convention center and not having to pay for parking. The condo had everything we needed, the bed was comfortable, but we never figured out the fireplace. Would stay again!

This condo was great for my husband and me to be walking distance to the heart of Gatlinburg! Couldn’t get the cable to cooperate, but didn’t mind since we were there for the sights. No dishwasher, had to hand wash dishes and silverware before using, but for price and location we were very satisfied!

We didn't stay in the room much because of the location about 7 minutes walk to the Sky bridge. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable only problem was the bedroom had an light side light.

Vacation gone wrong

When we got there nobody was there. Couldn't get in . Called management they gave us a issue. Finally got it property inside was dirty. We had to go to the store buy cleaning stuff to clean bathrooms, and the kitchen . Not all the codes was given to us as we got lo k out in the laundry room. Then the day before we we're going to be leaving the door was lock out a day early by accident and we had to call management. So no it was not a good time staying there. But enjoyed Gatlinburg.

The keys system was terrible had a hard time getting the door to lock and unlock, did not get and email about the code to get in the place had to call. Do not know how much you pay for HOA but no one was in the office. If you took the step the emergency door were not opening that is not safe those door should always able to open. Clean, but very dated

First of all the room met our needs. It was clean. There were no pillow cases on the four pillows when we arrived. We only found two pillow cases. The bed was very unlevel with the lowest being the headboard end. We didn't want to sleep with our heads at the bottom of the bed, so we had to put the couch cushions under the top end of the mattresses to keep from sleeping with our head below our feet. Icemaker didn't work and the ice cube trays were old and broken. Bath room vanity faucet was very loose. Never seen the office open. We were unable to retrieve parking passes, so put handwritten note on dashboard stating our room number and reason for handwritten note. We were hoping to return back to the room each night with our car still in the parking lot and not towed.

The confirmation was not detailed enough. It did not have the name of the complex we were to stay & there were 3 complexes right together. We tried the Code on the door on the one we thought was ours. Long story short we were at the wrong one. We were supposed to be at the one next door. The confirmation did not have the name of the place on it anywhere. There was no one in the office at either location but situation was handled quickly over the phone & all is well. Also, you may want to look at the shower curtain in 201. It’s an accident waiting to happen. It’s way too long & lays in the tub. Very slippery & could end very badly. I’ll use you again.

Room was not clean. Dirty floors, AC vents, dusty curtains. Neither bedside lamp worked, bathroom faucet leaked very bad & continuously, a panel of some sort over bathtub was falling off the ceiling. There was a sofa sleeper but the room didn’t even have a blanket to cover with. Overall I would give this room a zero as it is not cleaned or maintained to a reasonable manner. I would think due to Covid no one would rent a dirty room. I would have rented another room but could not find anything else.
