Relaxing stay

Cabin was very clean. The hot tub worked ok, but the jets didn't really move much water and the wood skirting on the outside of the tub was loose and some pieces of the wood kept falling off when the wind blew. Other than the hot tub this cabin is very nice! We especially loved the gas fireplace that looked just like a real fire. Pool table upstairs in the loft was also fun to use in the evenings. Excellent price for a nice cabin!

Owner neglect/ cheep

The cabin was nice the amenities were the problem. The listing had hot tub, Pac-Man/Gallaga game system two items we were looking forward to enjoying. The hot tub did not work and the game system was not there, the mattress was worn out and the toilet stopped functioning the last night we were there. So not a good stay. Not happy

Decent Cabin for Thanksgiving in the Smokies

The property was clean but several things needed to be updated including the bed spread and the ugly green carpet in the bedroom. The check in process was easy, but this property is deceptively booked through a resort company who tried to cancel my reservation several times because we “did not meet the minimum night requirement” despite nothing about this being listed on VRBO. For the price, it’s ok but should be updated or substantially cheaper.

Cozy Cabin in good location

Cabin was overall good. It’s in a very good community and not far to downtown Gatlinburg. It has good scenic views and somewhat private. The cabin does have well water in which me and my spouse are not fans of. There was a lot of lady bugs on the ceilings, floors and window seals - the owner does mention that in the guest guide. Overall a solid cabin
