The staff was amazing! If it wasn’t for Maricel at the front desk last year in Oct of 2024 I wouldn’t have stayed again this year! I was beyond grateful she was still there! She’s so kind and makes everything so easy and convenient after traveling for hours!

To start, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia or on their website. There's no lobby, just a check-in desk that does not give you any confidence that the room will look remotely nice. The front desk clerk was nice, no complaints there. We got the bottom floor, room 103 and the first thing we encounter is maintenance working on the walls in the hallway, they had it all tarped up and some of the carpet was ripped up. The hallway smelled of paint and damp clothes smell. The room, disappointing, it looked old and it felt dirty and just felt not clean. The bathtub faucet was not flushed to the wall and the water pressure was not consistent. The cupboard in the kitchen was coming off the wall. The cook wear consisted of a metal frying pan and a plastic spatula that does not work well with stainless steel frying pans, as well as some cups and silverwear. The pullout bed had mold under the mattress, it was black and just plain nasty. Above the curtains in the "livingroom" on the ceiling had mold as well. The room just had a weird smell to it and just a dirty sticky sense to it when you walk in. Granted we did complain about the work being done outside our room in the hallway and the inconvenience it posed. They tried to get us another room but it was smaller and did not work for us, they did say they would waive the parking charge, but we'll see. Overall it was not a good experience, will not be coming back to this hotel, do not recommend it. Also, its being sold.

Windows didn’t seal all the way allowing outside mouse traffic into the room. 4th floor had nonexistent water pressure in the shower yet totally fine both sinks. Tv is terribly outdated. Shady people walking the parking lot at night all week as there is no gate to the parking lot property.

I don't know why "extended stay" became synonymous with"no maid service". And what is the deal with the coffee here?? Okay if you have a dog, kids, and want to be relatively close to Disney-like attractions and are used to a messy house. But if you're travelling solo you're better served by going to a "regular" hotel.
