Everything was great. The only thing I would suggest is putting a lower watt bulb in the lamps in the room.

I enjoyed my stay here for the most part.. It was my second time to stay at this hotel. The first time was great. This time there were a couple of things that bothered me. My window blind didn't work correctly and wouldn't open very far and the hand held shower was just weird. It pointed up when cradled and was kind of heavy, bulky and awkward to use as a handheld. Every shower was annoying. The hair dryer was also broken but the staff was quick to replace it immediately. They were great. The breakfast was wonderful every day.

Check-in and check-out were quick, friendly and professional. The room (an upgrade) was very spacious and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Overall it was a comfortable stay. I marked it down because I could not get fresh bedding. I don't believe in changing out the towels and the bedding everyday. It's a waste of water and energy. But they only do it every 4 days, and while you can request to have it done sooner, you can't request for the same day. So I asked to have my bedding changed on the second day and they said the best they could do was the next day. What if a kid wet to bed or somebody bled on the sheets? You just have to live with it for a night? Luckily what had happened with us was not that severe - we had just spilled some soda on the sheets. But I think it's horrifically bad service that you can't get any kind of service the same day a change of sheets or anything. To go to where they only clean the rooms every 4 days and even if you request sooner you have to request for the next day they must have a lot less payroll. I'm not seeing that reflected in lower prices... Anyway, as I said the place was clean and the staff was friendly and those are generally the most important things

Everything was perfect except that listing in Orbitz shows "free airport shuttle" but that is, informed at check-in, incorrect. Ultimately, manger did the right thing, and paid for taxi fare to the airport, though that process was painful and slow to work out. Either correct the listing or provide a simple/easy way for taxi fare reimbursement. Thanks.

Good and fast check in very friendly staff the location is good quiet and clean good price very comfortable

Room was very clean, they had stickers on the door and remotes indicating it was sanitized. The room was huge with a fully stocked kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we picked up breakfast - in a bag because of Covic-19 - they offered us breakfast sandwiches for us to heat up in our room I would stay here again.

The blinds are raised and lowered by buttons on the wall. We were unable to raise our blinds in order to see the beautiful mountains in the distance. We called the front desk to ask for help. We received prompt attention and the two people who came to help were very courteous. After a period of time, we were able to raise the blinds for a beautiful view. We were a bit distracted by the noise that we could hear from children and other guests, but we were able to get a good nights rest. Overall, it was a good experience.

Everything was great except the low flow toilet jammed up without much reason and it took staff a while to get to it. Otherwise, great!

It was a pleasure staying here, the staff was great and the rooms clean and nice.

Good,comfortable and clean. very nice breakfast. Parking was little crowded.
